Pancho's never disappoints! The food is excellent everytime, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Great for special occasions in the evenings, lunch is sometimes busy during cruise ship ports, but a wait of 10mins is the most you'll see. Plenty of decor for sale to look at next door, so its never a problem.

Wonderful for the whole family. Two 16-year-old girls, a fighting twenty-something husband and wife, and a middle-aged mother trying to keep them all sane together somehow.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the live entertainment. The margaritas were delicious (not too sweet) and the food was excellent. There was quite a wide variety of desserts for Mexico and they were all really good. The restaurant is in the middle of a store and although I am not a typical shopper, I have to admit the store had some pretty cool stuff. I think is a must visit stop in Cozumel! Is actually came for the chicken mole but they don't serve it at lunch. Either way this place rocked.

Delicious & charming. Awesome atmosphere and total safe. The staff is super nice and fast. Live music and Wifi was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

We read the reviews first and decided to try Pancho's for a late dinner on a Monday night. The service was top notch and the food was amazing! The crema de cilantro soup is something I will likely crave in the future it was so good. Both my boyfriend and I had the carne asada plate and it was excellent. He was not feeling well from deep sea fishing but still managed to eat most of it because it was that great. Highly recommend Orlando. He took great care of us. The building also had a lot of character and some great history behind it, if you are into that sort of thing. Love this place and will be back!

They purify their own water, and their kitchen is run to USA standards so enjoy with no fear of getting sick. Outstanding food and service. Margaritas are strong and the guacamole is awesome. The cilantro soup is prepared one bowl at a time. IMO, they have the best lobster on earth. Chicken fajitas, taquitos, etc. Their customers are incredibly loyal, and that says a lot.

I went there just last week on a cruise vacation. It came highly recommended on a cruise review site, and we were not disappointed. Very good food at reasonable prices. The beans are fantastic! What is it about those beans!?! The margaritas are strong and big. Service was lovely and the music was live. Great restaurant and a cool place to shop in the front!

Tom and I have been to Pancho's BackYard 8 times. We are in competition with our best friends Dick & Vicki who have been there 9 times. The staff helps us celebrate each time with a sign that designates the number of visits, shots of tequila and merriment.
We love the atmosphere, the chips/guacamole/salsa, the music, food, margaritas and fun.
It's a quick taxi ride from the ship to Pancho'snegotiate the price with the driver.
We have a cruise booked for this Februarywe will then tie Dick & Vicki's score of 9woo hoo!

Best restaurant ever!😄I loved the food and the service here is so nice. The options for desserts are the best. I'm glad I got to eat here before leaving Cozumel😋. Totally recommend, it's an amazing place to eat with family.

This place was awesome! We got the chicken fajitas and chicken quesadillas and both were great. Got a side of guacamole with the quesadilla, which was definitely worth it. Decent margaritas, as well.

I had a very good lunch here at 2pm. The staff was fantastic and the food was very good! If you come here soon after this post, you might be able to get a couple for a free delicious appetizer. There was nice music being played here on two xylophones. You also have easy access to nice clean bathrooms.

Wonderful decor, very romantic and beautiful setting. The margaritas are pricey but they use excellent liquor and they are very delicious! The food prices were very reasonable however and it was was the best food we had during our entire week long stay on Cozumel. Service was top notch and everyone was very happy and pleasant. If you go to Cozumel and you also enjoy Mexican cuisine, you really have to go here at least once.
