Great beach at the lagoon area. Drinks are ok for a tourist spot. You can see a little sea lion show as part of the cost of admission to the park. She will give you a kiss and you can pay for the picture 😀. good coffee available. Ford at the Blue Lagoon restaurant is also good.

Beware! They take photos of your dolphin encounter, NO VIDEO! Then they offer you a CD with your photos for $200! Came as a group. Tried to charge us $200 each for a CD containing only photos. There we 8 in the group. The CDs all have the same pictures. We were going to go ahead and get them if they could have lowered the price to $100 each! TOTAL RIPOFF! THEY WILL NOT ALLOW A MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOU WHILE YOU ARE WITH THE DOLPHIN! WHAT!?

I noticed you give the same feedback for every customer that is violated over the price. You have no standard pricing, and the "local market" excuse you give is not defined. I am going to request you be removed from the excursion listing through the cruise lines. Your practice is criminal!

It was great. A fun excursion for sure, but they don't let you take your own picture when you're with the dolphins. Have someone take the pictures pier side. They take great pictures for you, but they cost about $40.00 each. They get you on the pictures. Aside from that it's a great time and the kids will love it.

We did the dolphin royal swim and it was amazing. It was more expensive than the dolphin encounter but so worth the small step up in pricing. My 10 year old had the time of her life.

They take pictures the whole time you are there and show them to you after you're done. The pictures are great and very tempting but they were just priced way too high. I couldn't justify spending that kind of money for digital pictures. For us we have once in a lifetime memories and that is what counts.

We did this excursion thru Carnival and it was really cool. The dolphin discovery was by far the best excursion that we have taken in Cozumel. The experience was wonderful! We’d do it again in a heart beat! The guide did a wonderful job including everyone. Swimming with dolphins was something that I didn't expect, It was funnier than I thought, you have to do it once in your life at least. Thank you for the experience.

This was an amazing excursion. I recommend it to everyone. The dolphin options are second to none and the rest of the property is beautiful. Mayan statues, nature walk, and tequila tour. It was one of the highlights of my vacation.

Plan to spend the day to make it really worthwhile - it is a beach and a pool, and I am sure your hotel in Cozumel offers that WARNING: the Dolphin Encounter is amazing, but they will rip you off on the photo packages (hence the 3 stars). Before committing, consider all the options offered, since buying the photos beforehand can be cheaper. If you do not want to commit early but decide to buy the photos later (hello, reluctant parents of adorable kids!), do not accept the first price - negotiate, and it will come down - I got a 50% discount on the CD with all photos and one bonus printed photo.

Such a great place to visit while vacationing in Cozumel! Place is clean and well organized (for the most part..) but be prepared to pay a lot of money for the pictures i didn't buy them at the park because i was a little shocked when i heard the price .. but when i got home i decided to get them anyway.. contacted CS and had my pictures in a few days. .. and it was actually much cheaper :) the pictures were great quality too!

Great place to swim with the Dolphins. It is also a fun place to scuba dive with kids. While scuba diving you can see the dolphins and other treasures at the bottom of the sea. The park it self is clean and most everything that I seen was handicap accessible.

We booked this excursion on our Western Caribbean Cruise this past week. Due to hurricane Nate the captain of our ship did not stop in Cozumel because we would be there when the hurricane came through, I called to get a refund and they only offered a certificate to come again within a year, what??? I want my money back, we can't make it within a year, crooks they never explained the cancellation policy before I booked it. Don't take any chances booking with these people! I give them no stars if I could. They also requested a letter from Royal Caribbean as to why we didn't stop, right! It was a hurricane!!

Totally amazing. I had read the reviews and knew that photos would be expensive but in comparison to Sea World the entire package was about the same cost as just the interaction. For six 5x7 prints and the DVD was $140. The interaction itself was only $139. Biggest disappointment was that they don't offer a video of the experience. Best advice if you want photos at an inexpensive price for families with kids would be to schedule parents separately with kids so the other can video from the boardwalk. You can edit the video into prints when you get home. They won't be the quality you get from the photographer there but at least you have a picture. When I priced a similar experience at Sea World it was around $250 which didn't include photos either. With the price of everything in the world now this is really a bargain. Go in expecting it to cost $250 per person and you will have the time of your life.

This place was the most wonderful experience of my life. The dolphin trainer had a great relationship and connection with the dolphin and it was really inspiring. The entire park was breathtaking beautiful and very clean as well. The staff was humorous and lots of fun. Would definitely return back to this place.

The whole family (9) enjoyed the experience. Diago was a fantastic guide. We were given a lot of time to interact with the dolphins. My one complaint is the cost of the photos and the DVD's. They wanted $50.00 for one DVD but insisted each member of our family buy a DVD. What would we do with nine DVD's? I could understand selling a DVD to each family. That would be three DVD's at a cost of $150.00. We left without any pictures or DVD's. I think the cruise lines and the management of the park should get together and discuss this.

Amazing experience. I have been here twice (and yes, I am from the USA). Both experiences were amazing and the animals (dolphins, crocodiles, birds, and sea lions). We did the push, pull, swim with dolphin and free buffet both times. The buffet was good for being a free one and were allowed free soft drinks and alcohol. We also were allowed to explore the whole park for free after our dolphin experience. We even had time to see the sea Lion show, which allowed people to kiss a sea Lion at the end of the presentation. We always go here when we visit Cozumel on cruises, and will likely continue to do so.

This place includes pools (freshwater and saltwater), free tequila tasting, free show, lagoon, zip lining, aviary, and more.

The only small complaint I have is the pricing of the photos. The photos are in great quality, but they usually run for $35 per photo, which may be expensive to some individuals. If you are concerned with the pricing, the workers will give you tons of deals (i.e. My deal was all of my photos on CD and for download for $75 ).

Overall, this is a fun and rare experience.

The worst and cheaters. Stay away and do not go. I wish I can find no star category.

They will rip you off, specially if you go from USA. Buying photo is the biggest rip off. Every customer walks out from the photo shop will be paying different prices. It will depend how good you are for negotiation.
The supervisor is even worst. If you ask question, they will tell you that are you the one going to change the law of Mexico.

If you pay by credit card, they will give you two receipts and some one good negotiator pay by cash, they will give you only one receipt, so you can never compare your stuff with other customer.

I saw the tourist were paying $280 to $300 for the garbage CD they offer to some other people paid only $100.00 in cash. When you compare yourself with other people, they are very smart and since credit card payment get two receipt and cash is like nothing happen and may be under the table.

Since most of the tourist goes with the cruise line, it seems like the tour guide is also gets commission from this people. They know that your cruise will be leaving and you can not fight much with these cheaters, they will continue to do this.

I am going to reach out to the cruise line and file a official complaint against this people. May be the cruise line can cut this place as a part of their shore excursions.

Stay away, rather go to Sea world or other places in USA.

Louis and Thor were so much fun! We had a group of five of us and we got to spend so much time with Thor. He did take a little break to visit his girlfriend. The dolphins seem happy and well cared for. I would recommend the picture package if you want memories from your experience. The whole package was $184 and included the dolphin encounter (about an hour interacting), admission to the park, lunch, chairs and umbrella, and we were also given a swim with the manatee. We were given a CD with 189 pictures and were also able to download them all to our phones with their wifi and clear instructions at the photo desk. If we ever go back to Cozumel, this will be a must to do again!

This is truly worth the money. We has a great time. The trainer, Lisa was amazing!! The property is extremely clean and there is lots to do.
I highly recommend this place. It is a secure place and they truly have your interest as a priority.
I was on the Taxi returning to the ship when I realized I did not have my cell phoneso you can only imagine how I felt. I stayed in the Taxi after other were dropped off at the port and went back to the park. I was in a panic. I approached a employee and told her what had happened. She said, don't worry let me call security and she handle everything. They had found my phone and security had it in a locker. The security guard retrieved it and after I identified it, he handed it over. Then the park employee walked me to the Taxi and said, don't worry we are going to cover the ride back to the port. She made sure I was in the Taxi. I was treated with such respect and consideration, it was amazing. I am so thankful for everything they did, and I highly recommend this tour. The value is exceptional for all that you get. They are truly professionals.
