Insurance was additional $39 per day.
Not sure if TPL is included but had to Decline the Limited TPL and purchase the more expensive 4 million peso TPL.
Why do I have to DECLINE TPL if it's not included?

Horrible experience! You reserve online, once there they give a different price. Try to place on credit card for an outrageous amount. They try to get you to sign blank documents and they tell you have to because you in Mexico now!

We rented our full-size car from Enterprise/National (same counter/staff) for 8 days for our stay in Cabo San Lucas. The staff were very friendly and honest. I did my research on car rentals in Mexico before our trip. Yes, 3rd party liability insurance is mandatory and NO, your credit card does not provide this insurance. Expect to pay it. So yes, the cheap rate you see online is not exactly what you will be paying. In total, our rental came to $32USD a day. That's reasonable. The car was spotless, roomy and served us perfectly well. I had my credit card company send me a letter stating to decline additional insurance as they offer it and that was that. Enterprise did not hassle me, try to up-sell me or anything. They were very respectful and pleasant. I will absolutely rent from Enterprise again the next time we go to Los Cabos.

Very slow and inefficient..took approx 1.5 hours to get into a vehicle. Didn't have what I rented and ended up with an abused, banged up jeepengine light came on right after I left, and the ABS light came on the next day. Door wouldn't close all the way, transmission would stick and have to be put in manual mode to operate. I rent cars regularly and have never had such a bad experience, inclusing having to put down a $1650 deposit!!!!

Charge almost double for gas if you don't fill up somewhere else. Seemed like it took a bit longer to check in & out. The vehicle was great, and staff very nice.

Rates are excellent. Service is excellent. Prepare for running on "Mexican" time , as opposed to New York time, for example.

Great service! I forgot my drivers licence and wanted to use my credit card to pay (and for the insurance). The staff found a way so that my girlfriend could drive and I could use my card's insurance policy.

Good experience.

I was nervous renting in Mexico, but it was fine. Or only complaint was that they weren't done washing out car when we arrived, so we had to wait 5 "Mexican minutes" which was more like 30, but we could see them working hard cleaning it.

Also amazing how many signatures we required- rivals buying a house!

Took forever to get the car because it wasn't clean. The fees online do not reflect the actual cost, it was at least 10 times more after the taxes and fees were added. Wouldn't recommend at all taxis and busses are easier and cheaper.

I reserved a suburban for our group of 7 people from NU Rent a car. I reserved a suburban for our group of 7 people. When we arrived they had no suburban available. They offered 2 separate super small cars instead. We were traveling with 3 children 3,4,&7. Sorry doesn't work. The agent argued with me. The worst rental car experience I have ever had. We went to National rental car and they rented us a suburban and were amazing.
