Avis made my vacation amazing. I booked to pick up at a different location and they updated my reservation directly at the airport (and 4 hours early) with no problem - direct transportation to the Avis location - and gave me a brand new rental car. The shuttle van driver did not expect tips and the attendants at the business location were not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us a tourist map but updated it with new highways and beach pull -offs. Return was extremely simple - bring back the car, drop off the keys and jump in the shuttle back to the airport. Awesome experience, I will definitely be renting from Avis again!
