Beware. I dropped the car off at the office and had to rush to the airport. They said they would bill the car at our agreed rate and notify me by email of the charge. I never received an email and upon checking my statement found I was billed an additional $213. US.
When I inquired about the mistake I was told it needed suspension work, alignment and wheel balancing. The car drove the same when I returned it as it did when I got it, like a well used Jetta.
Totally shady.

Awful. Be very very careful renting from this company. The cars are very old, not well maintained. The first vehicle we had overheated and the attitude from the owner was incredibly bad - it was if this was a major inconvenience for him. The second car they gave us as a replacement had no horn or working airbag. My advice is keep clear. The thing you need driving in Mexico is a road worthy and safe car. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.
