Was in Mexico for inspection trip and been looking for nice property to bring the group - NIZUC is one of the best! You better bring you beloved one and kids and have rest here for a week or more. Different in Cancun and you'll definitely love it. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, huge rooms, closed territory for those who want to get away

This is one of the quietest and most beautiful places I've ever been. Fantastic service and staff. I didn't give it 5 stars because it isn't a great value for the money. On the flip sideif money isn't a consideration for youthis is your place. Uncrowded, elegant, sophisticated. Absolutely high end!

Extraordinary resort. A beautiful sanctuary from the crazy hotel zone, yet close to the airport. Ramona restaurant was outstanding. Great mojito by the outstanding bartenders at the Havana Lounge. Would visit again.

We had the best time! It’s absolutely beautiful there. I can’t thank all the wonderful staff we met that went above and beyond! Erick,Luis, Carlos's, Hugo, Angel, Ricardo and Isabelle. They went out of their way to get to know us and greet us each day by name! Yes, each one of the staff I mentioned made our trip even better because of their hard work and kindness each day! I will miss seeing them but hope to see them next year. Bravo on hiring great staff! All the above names were staff at our Envoy party or beach waiters or bar tenders :)

Amazing! Felt really intimate and the entire resort is just gorgeous. We did a couples spa day and it was awesome -- hydrotherapy, then body massage and facial. Felt like a million bucks afterwards. Would definitely go back.

Having a wedding in Mexico? Best destination wedding I have ever been to. Food, hotel, pools, service and everything are 5-star! Expensive? Of course! Worth it? Totally. From chillin in the private pools from the suites to dancing on the floor made especially for the wedding reception, this place is EPIC! An oasis inside an oasis at every turn. Beautifully lit bars and literal sanctuaries for birds and wildlife.

Service impeccable, scenery phenomenal, drinks fantastic. Kids food could have been more diverse and restaurants a bit more family friendly but everything was delicious. Worth every penny.

I spend my honeymoon here and it was amazing. The staff is polite and they treat you as the most important person in the facility. I should say it is a little expensive but it is worth the experience. It is a great place to rest. I've been in many resorts but this one excels in style. The food was delicious and the rooms are clean and spacious. I should say Nizuc is my favorite Cancun place to stay.

Great location close to the airport. Two nice pools one for adults one for families. 4 on site resturants. Far from downtown. Nice for couples

I would give a 10 stars if I could. This resort is beautiful& excellent service!!! Great ambiance and scenery, staffs are all very attentive.Feel like you slightly moved a muscle and you will be served ( like a royalty 😁) I can't speak highly enough of the dedication Nizuc's staff has in making your stay the very best experience you can have. We tried every restaurant in the resort and not one restaurant disappointed us. Food presentation and taste are like Michelin star rated restaurants. The resort is absolutely very clean and well organized. Spa is incredible and price is not too bad compared to other resorts. Each time you leave and return to your room, you always have a very warm welcome from the butler and never had to wait more than 2 mins for a golf cart to take you around. My son LOVES this resort and didn't want to leave the resort. This is so far the best beach resort I had ever stayed. We had a very memorable experience and definitely will make it back in short future!

Absolutely loved staying here! I've been dreaming of this place every night since I left! Awesome service, comfortable luxury, beautiful views! We stayed in the ocean suite, it's worth the extra coins! From the wine tasting to the paddle boards everything was lovely! I highly recommend!

Blown awaywe are rookies and have no frame of reference due to the fact that this is our first stay at a 5 star hotel/resort. But, that being said we were incredibly impressed w the level of service food and overall experience.beautiful hotel grounds/pools/bars and restaurants. The food was amazing!!! Hotel room and bed was insane! This was a business sponsored event for us, but if we ever muster up enough money to splurge on our own we will definitely be back..incredible place, you def get what you pay for.and you def pay for what you get.$$$$$

Wonderful location of a hotel great service but the food is atrocious and is Unbecoming of a hotel of this stature. I am giving three stars because the food is such an important component and it is so poor. But if you're going for location and service and rooms it is a fantastic Hotel. I really hope that they take this feedback and greatly improve the culinary experience.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around

This place is insane! It's probably the fanciest place I've ever stayed in. Everything is beautifully made and maintained. They obviously charge you for everything (except free bottled water, woot!), but at least from my experience the place was totally worth it.

The whole resort is in a vast area of land, with private beaches and protected land area. You'll most probably have to take their golf cart shuttles between buildings. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I just wish they showed a little less of that fake respect thing. Though I'm sure some people enjoy that very much also.

Totally suggest checking this place out if you have some money to splurge. The views are gorgeous. And their spa (by ESPA) is the best one I've ever been to, hands down.

This Resort definitely is a must visit. I'm so happy my husband and I decided to celebrate my 60th milestone birthday there. We dined at Ramona's on the night of, all I can say is WOW!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel special and the food was delicious. The spa is one of the most spectacular I have visited. The service is second to none. The restaurants are superb. The pools are inviting. The gym is small but adequate. I feel that the only improvement needed in the room is a little more lighting in the bathroom and a makeup stool. It was difficult to blow dry my hair and apply makeup. Other than that Nizuc did not disappoint with 5 Star rating. Thank You to the staff for a memorable holiday.
