The staff was very friendly and most of them spoke English, which was very helpful since I don't speak Spanish. My room was really clean and spacious with cool under-bed lighting and a rain shower. And you can't beat the location right in the heart of the Zona Rosa

Requested a bedroom for 3 people but hotel did not have the extra bed or towels ready when we checked in. They also only gave us one bottled water without charge for 3 people The room itself was clean and spacious though. Breakfast wasn't bad, the juice bar was awesome where you can create your own juice.

I recommend to avoid this hotel. For the same price, you will have a much better stay somewhere else in the city. First, the pictures are misleading. This hotel is not well maintained : our first room had flaking walls and the shower had mildew stains. We switched rooms and the shower also had mildew stains, however less then the first one. The pool was also broken for at least a week. We decided to change our hotel and we re glad we did. That being said, the staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

The restaurant staff is extraordinary nice, but the reception is awful! I was double charged for a pre-paid stay and had to debate the staff for two days. Initially they tried to charge me for early check in after stating that I would not be charged if I checked in after 12:00 noon - 12:30 is after 12:00 noon! Fiasco after fiasco. Do yourself a favor and avoid the awful experience I had at NH Collection. I love the NH in Guadalajara. Not sure what’s going on here, but it certainly does not meet ordinary professionals standards. There are plenty of excellent hotels in Mexico City that pair nicely with the beauty and culture of this vibrant city; NH is one you should skip.

Awesome place. The price is right considering the location and just how nice this hotel is. Although we only stayed for one night, I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next stay in Mexico City. Highly recommended, especially if you can get a good deal online.

Room is quite new, location is very convenient and close to Metro. Good restaurants are around.
However, when you ask for some bathroom stuff, their efficiency may not be as high as you expected.

First, I have been staying at NH Hotels for the past 10 years as I have work in Spain and I know that they are fine hotels. I stayed at this Reforma hotel last year and I was going to make it my regular stay when I came down for work. It's a decent hotel, not the best of NH. This time, as always, I made my reservation through their website and guaranteed it with a credit card. I received a receipt stating "Guaranteed Reservation". But while in a taxi from the MEX airport to the hotel (around 10pm), I received an email from the hotel saying the room was canceled because of invalide credit card on file. That was strange because I had used it to 'guarantee' the reservation through their online reservation system, and I had just used it to pay for the taxi ride at the airport. When I got to the hotel I was told the same B.S. story and told they did not have any other room available. What was I to do at 10pm? Luckily I found a room at a nearby hotel and used the same credit card that was supposedly invalid to pay for the room. I was told that same night that all the rooms were full because there was a plastic industry convention taking place.

First they need to be congratulated to have a very functional hotel in spite of the recent earthquake. Many walls are patched, but clearly they are working on it. The rooms are big with great windows and nice bed. Breakfast is a little limited. And lunch not really appealling which is surprising in Mexico.
    The internet worked extremely well.
2 of the 3 elevators were not working I suspect causality of the earthquake. The one working had some tricks, the key would not always works when a free access floor had been accessed before. In the room the AC could not keep up with the outdoor heat even in October.
So clearly this hotel deserve better then 3 stars when these will be improve but now I cannot go higher.

A great place to stay. Great ambience, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Probably the only suggestion I would is with regards to the bathroom. If you take a shower, there's a lot of spillover from the shower stall. But all in all a great place to stay. Plus, if you're taking the Capital Tours Hop on hop off bus then the green line stops over a block away from this hotel.

    I've been here in 2017/02.
The hotel is modern and clean.

Pros: clean, location, modern and good Internet.

Cons: Elevators the hotel is huge and has only three Elevators, as a result, always is necessary to spend a while waiting for one. In additional, hotel staff also use the elevator and locked in the floors when are delivering foods.
Breakfast space is badly divided (almost all table are for 4 or 6 persons) with results in a inconvenient place for alone business travellers that need to wait for a space or divide with strangers. Most all the times big tables has only one person and has people looking to sit alone.

Very nice staff. English communication is no problem at reception, restaurant or house keeping (not always obvious in Mexiko-City!). Rooms are clean and with a modern style. Looks nice. Breakfast is a big buffet, delicious and well maintained. Recommend the individually prepared omelets!
If you have a weak sleep: it can get a bit noisy since some bars and clubs are nearby as well as Mexiko-City never sleeps (siren of police or ambulance).
Had a room at floor 10, did hear a bit of the city noises but slept very well.

The location's recent remodel looks very modern. The shower head was amazing. The service along with the breakfast buffet were great as well. The problem with the recent remodel is that the wall between bathroom and the bedroom is a red glass and the door for the bathroom is also a glass that didn't close all the way nor did it lock. The beds are also as hard as a rock and the pillows go flat as soon as you put your head on them.

beautiful hotel, very well decorated. only attended professional event. good food and attention, the air conditioning system was not that good though. I had to ask in two occasions for hotel personnel to get me to the event floor by using their card in the elevator, they were not available at the restaurant level, and had to descend to the lobby for this reason
