Een leuk hotel gesitueerd midden in het uitgaanscentrum van Zona Rosa. Hoewel het buiten 's weekends tot laat in de avond erg lawaaiierig kan zijn, heeft het goede isolerende ramen. Voorzien van goedwerkend wifi en zeer goede douches. Koelkastje in de kamer aanwezig, evenals een kluisje. Ontbijt niet getest.

Truly a phenomenal experience at Room Mate Valentina. First the city is incredible and this boutique hotel is everything you wanted and more. From the moment you walk in they greet you with the biggest smiles and attention to service in a way that very few ever do. You feel your at home. The rooms are immaculate clean and every detail is well placed, the shower divine. The breakfast is truly a variation of so many good things that my advice wait closer to lunch time since they close at noon and make it brunch instead. The area is one of the best in Mexico City and you feel safe walking the streets on your own. Room Mate Valentina you guys are amazing and thank you for being incredibly dedicated to your hospitality profession and giving so much to each and every guest.

To start, the staff upgraded us to a nicer room when we checked in which was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.
There are two big reasons i would not stay here again and would not recommend this to others:
1. This hotel is located in a nightclub and sex shop district of the city. The VERY loud music from the multiple nightclubs kept us up at night, often going until 4am. We were on the 14th floor so I can only imagine what the lower floors are like.
2. Their breakfast is hotel 6 quality at best. I was told by the staff it was included on my first day. When we checked out, they then said it was not and charged me 900 pesos (about $50usd). Anyone who has been to Mexico city knows how much amazing food that much money can buy. Not honoring the fact we were told it was included on the first morning by their staff is not right.
For these reason I would tell others to find a quieter and more honest hotel in a nicer area.response / report this review -

I give 5 stars for the value and friendly staff. It's not perfect, no TV stations in English, but for the 62 USD a night, room size, comfort, and location can't be beat. It's not a new building, but well located and clean. Many complain about the noise, but it wasn't a bother for me. Yes, there is some. I had no issues with WiFi and the water pressure is good. In room safe is a big plus. Most importantly for CDMX is safety and it felt safe.

Good all around. 1 thing to note is its located on a street thats a central party zone, as in the clubs are all around you at night. The rooms are quiet and clean and the staff is very good.

A neat boutique hotel that has great style and a mixed good/bad location. The only negatives come from the lack of conveniently placed outlets in the hotel room and, more importantly, the noise level that comes from the clubs and bars located right next door.

Spacious and clean rooms with Wifi. Staff was attentive and polite. Use Augustin Rodriguez who is stationed at the hotel as a tour guide. He is a wonderful guide who will try to give you the whole Mexican experience for a good price.

Very nice hotel for a very reasonable price. Nice rooms. The bathroom is not fancy, but clean, I wish they would be modern. Nice to have late breakfast option. The hotel is close to the Angel Landmark, plazas, Malls, buss route and buss stop. Very lively zone around, the Zona Rosa.
