Gorgeous hotel in an OK location. The staff was wonderful and attentive and the room was comfortable and clean. WiFi was pretty good in our room too.

Such a delight , this hotel is! Its lobby is a museum of its own elegant history in the city, and the rooms are quite comfortable, and larger than most in same price range.

The location was perfect for tourists and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The staff were very helpdul and well trained. The rooms, we had 3, were ok and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast food needs some improvement. Luckily there are coffee shops very close by.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel but great location, clean place and the service was great. The people were very nice. My room was spacious. I saw zero ghosts. It was nice.

It very old traditional hotel. Though, inside is very clean and quiet hotel compare to other. Mexican traffic is always mucho so, you should leave early if you have meeting or flight. Uber also available everywhere and it's cheap. All the food you want is around the hotel

Although the hotel is really beautiful, the Phone Bar cleanliness and service should be seriously improved.

One of the best hotel I have ever been to. And I have traveled to multiple destinations in the USA and Mexico.
Great service, the whole staff is extremely helpful and professional. Excellent food, beautiful historic building, with museum like displays.
    Clean, safe and excellent location.

Good hotel, nice ambience, and very nicely located. Very close to many food places and also to transit stops.

The main downside is that the hotel has nothing extra. No shaving creams, no international power adaptors, they don't give free water except for first day, and no to anything and everything other than the room!

I stayed at this hotel twice this year on a business trip. Breakfast and service are very good. Location is excellent, but wifi signal was really poor and it was hard to get work done in the evening. Staffs are very polite and dedicated to make you feel comfortable.

The entire area around the hotel is currently a construction zone with bulldozers, open trenches and dirt everywhere. Come back to this otherwise beautiful historic hotel next year (2018) once they complete renovations, and make sure to ask for a quiet room. On our first night we were completely unable to sleep due to the very loud music coming from the two bars adjacent to the hotel. The music stopped only after 5am. The other room they gave us was much better.

Very nice hotel with a historic feel. Better than staying in boutique place where you get zero feel for the culture. Lobby area is amazing. Much of staff speaks English. Location is safe, but a good walk from the more vibrant areas, though delicious street vendors right across the street.

The location is great and the entrance looks pretty and old-fashioned. However the room is disappointing: old furniture and not-so-clean amenities. Honestly for this money you can get a designer hotel in Europe at any capital city. The room is spacious and the area is safe and plenty of things to do/see. Bars are close by and you can't go wrong. Pity the rest. Ah, WiFi isn't that great either.
