Lovely hotel in a great location in Mexico city. Staff very friendly and helpful and the premium restaurant was very nice with a beautiful view whilst having breakfast!

I loved and enjoyed every minute while there! And I would visit again because of the friendliness and kindness of the citizens there. It was quite a memorable experience that I could not trade for anything :) I love Mexico City!

Great hotel and great staff. Room keys tend to lose their code fast, so keep an eye for that. Premium level has a great breakfast and happy hour every night, which on my case was included, not sure if this is the case for all guests

Excellent location and can't beat the price. I have made this my destination spot for my semi-frequent (once every 2-3 months) trips to Mexico City.
Close to many points of interest and a 25-30 minute drive to the Airport (with medium to heavy traffic).
Walking distance to a popular Mexican Bakery (Los Bisquets de Albaro Obregon), and many other stores + restaurants.
They have two restaurant options. The restaurant in the basement/bottom floor is great for breakfast and brunch with good selection of fruits, juices and other typical Mexican dishes.
The nicer version of their restaurant (Sonora Grill) is a cool trendy spot with comfortable seating and cool music playing in the background (a little bit more pricey than other options, but worth a try).
I have stayed at other so called "nicer" and more expensive hotels around this area, but still think this is a best kept secret.response / report this review -

Absolutely gorgeous! Had a solo trip to mexico and thought this place would do the trick. The upgraded my room from a double to a queen. The view was great
Room service was good
They have everything shaving kit to dental care
No cons
Definitely will be staying there if I ever go back to Mexico

Where there for a conference and lunch, the facilities where adecuate amd the space pletoful. However the placing for projectors ans audio system can be improved. The meql was delicious and the staff did theor work.

Very good location a few blocks away from main city attractions. Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Pool and gym facilities are spotless. Would recommend to everyone

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located, truly amazing staff, and great rooms too! I really loved how huge the shower was. I could stretch out both my arms all the way and not hit any walls! The atrium is gorgeous too. There are ao many food options on site I wish had stayed longer to try them all. Perfect for a business trip or long weekend.

Good service and very gorgeous rooms with an excellent view and great location, you can eat at very good restaurants. The hotel offers free gym and pool, and also you can pay for to get massages service and a work place.

Me and my wife visited Kristal Reforma hotel recently, facilities are very nice and clean, good food and excellent customer service, near historical places, we highly recommend this hotel next time you visit Mexico city.
