Service was more than great, really excellent staff. The only thing is that the room was too warm and the air conditioner did not work.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is located in the Zona Rosa neighbourhood and is less than a two minute walk away from exciting bars, clubs and Mexico City's vibrant LGBT district. The service is great. The staff is quick and responsive. In terms of asthetics, the lobby and common areas are very nice and luxurious, but our room's decour was rather dated, if you care about that kind of thing. All in all, I enjoyed this hotel.

Who give this hotel 4 stars i want to meet him. Go somewhere else no A/C working tried 4 rooms with tge help of the bell guy and only one of them had barely cold air coming from the vents. In a hotel with no windows that is unacceptableone hand towel for two people and all the towels have wholes in them. Took pictures for anyone to see.. carpet dirty the color is brown and you can see the markings on it. I can fo on and on. This should be a 2 stars hotel with a 2 stars consumers rating.

rooms were not cleaned everyday, anti hygienic bathroom and the staff charges whatever they want. i really regret about my stay here, there are other good options in the area, please hear my adivce!!!
