You can't drive your car to an entrance door and unload your luggage. The entrance is a long hilly walk from the parking lot. The decor is dated. The place is appropriately clean but not sparkling.

Hotel has great people, restaurant is really good, rooms are very nice and very comfortable. Only problem is the parking. They need more parking.

Easy enough to get there using google maps. The atmosphere Is what you'd expect from a classic old time estate with the comforts of a luxury hotelfresh at nights, attentive staff and good (wouldn't say excellent) food.

Stayed for two nights. Hotel is clean and pretty modern with a rustic look. The rooms are large and have great air conditioning. The grounds are nice but travelling to your room can be a bit of a stair workout depending what you get. There is also a cool garden right next door that is worth the 35 pesos. The only downside was the staff in the bar/restaurant, the service was slow and forgetful on many occasions.

The rooms are just fine, the bathroom has a lot of space but I would ot appreciated a tub. It has a pool and a very nice buffet! I would totally recomend it if you are on a visit

A really beautiful hotel, but as most things in Guanajuato it has a lot of stairs and doesn't have access ramps.

Mision Guanajuato surprised us when we arrived at hotel and they were very effective to gave us all fresh horchata drink as much as shown they are "A" team from front desk super friendly staffs. They were treating us like loyal family and great services. This is great place to sleep and easy to access to the taxi from here to center of GTO and lots of historic around here and more adventures inside/outs.

This hotel have small store; where you'll see the outside before enter the hotel on left side of another building: it have soda, chips, cookies, some candies and other. Oh have some cute rocks, gems and some gem of jewelries and I think shirts too- but you can check there when you visit this place to sleep or eat the restaurant either.

The restaurant from the hotel, bit lack/slow due to busy day but immediate recover to take cared of us by Manuel, General Manager of this hotel and other manager for food with the restaurant with our feedback because they are truly care value customers like us, other- however everything improve quick and great service again. Yes worth to come back here again.

Overall all staffs to waiters truly A teamwork, super friendly and very effectively to provide service us all when my family came here to sleep. Thanks

This hotel is located in the outskirts of Guanajuato, very easy to access if you have a car and also easy to reach via taxi. The hotel is located in an old hacienda, which makes it a very charming place. The rooms are a bit dated (especially the bathroom). The surroundings are stunning, I only wished the rooms matched the surrounding. The service is very good, nice touch the lemonade that was given to us whole waiting to be checked in.
