Esta muy padre el concepto colonial, sus habitaciones super cómodas, muy limpias, excelente servicio, tienen restaurante. El hotel está muy cerca de todo lo atractivo de la ciudad: el teatro Juárez, callejón del beso. Siempre hay callejoneadas ofreciéndote su paseo por la ciudad. Vente, muy buen precio por la excelente atención.

I was here about 4 years ago and there has been a little remodeling since then but still keeping with its old glory, since this hotel was built in 1905. Very clean, great staff. As soon as you step outside, you're in the main plaza. Getting here might get a bit tricky only because of the incredible tunnel system below us. No cars are allowed to drive up to the hotel but you can get close enough to drop off luggage(enter Bar Bora Bora on GPS), you'll come to a T, leave your car where the yellow street bumps are. The post that are on the center of the street, will stay to your left, park as close as you can to the street post that are there. After luggage has been dropped off, someone from hotel staff will go with you to a near by parking lot. Beautiful clean hotel, great staff and AMAZING location.

Comfortable hotel in a wonderful location, very close to Teatro Juarez and the main basilica. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely view from the hotel balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Close to everything and everyone so expect very loud nights. The hotel did a great job preserving the traditional decorations while combining it with modern accents. Their customer service is exceptional.

The location was very good. However it was hard to find by car.

We needed to pay a parking lot because the one offered by the hotel was full.

When we arrived to the room there was a strong/deep smell to perfume, we asked for a clean/change of room or even a refund, but the staff was inflexible. The next morning we waited for the manager more than 20 minutes for make the complaint but he never appeared.

Another facts is that the WiFi didn’t work properly and outside is really noisy at nights.

The location is amazing and has very nice rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. No room service but restaurant is downstairs.

The hotel is just at the perfect location to get the whole Cervantino's experience. It is close enough to every single place in the historic center of the city. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is nice at all times.

Beautiful hotel and in the best location in town. The estudiantina guys were right in front of our hotel, the basilica church, the pipila tramway and the bus tours were all at walking distance and we were across the street from the teatro juarez. The hotel itself was extreamely clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

An overall nice look in the inside. Great view to the Pípila mountain. Well placed in the center of Guanajuato. Hard to access by car. Has no restaurant.

The hotel is located in the center of town. There are restaurants and bars all around. My hotel room is really nice. No air conditioning but it's understandable because they're trying to preserve the rustic style.

Great hotel and price! Staff was very helpful, guided us to a parking location free of charge. Rooms were clean and location was everything. Hotel located next to Juarez theater and garden so expect noise at night. Complimentary coffee and tea.

Bad service. Showers with limited hot water. Not the best beds but good to rest. Rooms lack of noise isolation. Best thing here is the view from third floor. I wouldn't stay for more than a weekend.

The building itself is an enchanting colonial style right on the main plaza. The room and bed were enormous and clean. The bed was very comfortable. One thing to consider: I went out at night and wanted to sleep in in the morning but it was impossible due to the noise. The walls do not block any noise from other guests or the street. It was as if there were screaming kids and chirping birds right next to me.
