It's a beautiful place with good service in a great location close to everything. The rooms were clean and breakfast was enjoyable.
It was difficult and sometimes impossible to get hot water. Of 3 days I only had a hot shower once and that after getting up at 6 am.

Hard to beat this hotel for charm and character. Think of the Weasely home from Harry Potter to get an idea of the inside. Our room was compact but more than adequate and both beds comfy. Very well located in El Centro. Ummm, the walls are thin so keep it down a tad. Staff is great and desk staff speak English.

The hotel is beautiful with a classic mexican style, the service is extremely good, and the breakfast (included) is delicious. The location is a couple minutes walk from the center. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Excellent location, good breakfast and service the rooms are clean and confy. The only concern is the lack of parking space but that is common in Guanajuato and the empoyees will help you find a place to keep your card. They provide us cheap tours that help us know the city and around. My only concern the first night we didnt have hot water but after that my experience was great and i would love to go back.

100% recommended! The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The restroom was also very nice and clean! The staff was so helpful and always there when needed. They took a bassinet to our room for our baby to sleep in and helped carried our luggage up and down the stairs. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! If I ever go back to Guanajuato this is where I'm staying!

Absolutely great hotel, location, staff, food and rooms. Love everything about it and its uniqueness. Will definitely come again!

Avoid renting a car, unless your willing to park about .5-1 mile away for the parking garage. If so, you will pay $15 pesos per hour. Streets are very confusing.

Beautiful quaint hotel that blends perfectly with this amazing city. I deducted 1 star because the shower in our room was useless, lukewarm and no water pressure, plus with no elevator the hike up to our fourth floor room got old real quick!
