This is reasonable value for budget traveller visiting Guanajuato. I paid 218 pesos for 8 bed male dorm room. That would be pricey in other parts of Mexico but that's about as cheap as you will get in Guanajuato for whatever reason.
There are showers with hot water in the dorm, free WiFi which is decent but not super quick - streaming sports was a challenge, kitchen area with filtered water and rooftop common area.
It's a 10-15 minute walk to town so decent enough spot.
It was quiet when I stayed here but down to time of year most likely.
If, like me, you look for the cheapest place this does the job.response / report this review -

I've been traveling north since Guatemala and this has been my favorite place so far. I stayed in the dorms and the bathroom was extremely clean and the shower always had hot water. The location in my opinion was perfect. There are panaderias real close for breakfast , restaurants in both directions, bus stops nearby for side trips, a market and street food right around the corner and of course the Centro for late night fun, which was far enough that you don't hear any of it but not so far that I couldn't walk back safely. Gabriel goes the extra mile and his staff is great, too. Gracias!
