Beautiful modern hotel with spacious, high-ceilinged rooms. Special mention for the quality beds. Staff is professional, very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Delicious breakfast buffet offering amongst others also local dishes. Right around the corner from Santa Fé mall.

What a view! Very modern room, everything was very new and clean, but still felt comfortable and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful staff, assisted in arranging a day tour.

Beware ANYONE who stays here that the Valet parking guys stole items and money that I had from my car. Told the Valet Supervisor/Manager and he didn't even have the AUDACITY to look me in the eyes, said nothing and did nothing. HOW CAN THIS TYPE OF HOTEL LET THEIR EMPLOYEES ROB YOU?! Went down to the "Spa" and it was an awful experience, there is no pool, no Jacuzzi; the outdoor seating area is a JOKE as they advertise it as a bar but it was 2pm and no one was out there, the bar TV's weren't on and the area was dirty with leaves and dirt everywhere. Had a message and it was OK, nothing great. The amenities offered in the Spa bathroom were not impressive, there was no conditioner for your hair and no lotion to put on your body after your shower. Overall the experience wasn't what I paid for and the parking guys dare to steal my money and items on top of it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very nice hotel, great space in the room. Nice breakfast buffet. Only problem is the cars noise: even bring on 40th floor it seems they don't have a good real isolation.

I dare to say one of the best hotels in this area. It has an excelent staff, with an amazing customer service.

The rooms are spacious, tidy and modern. One of the perks of being in one of the top floors, is the amazing view you have.

Beds are also very easy to get used to and it is very likely you will have an amazing sleep.

Hotel was of a very high standard. Great views from the room (and the bed). Black out curtains controlled from the bedside was a nice touch too. Bathrobe and slippers were also included. A large desk positioned behind the bed would be great if you had work to do. There was also a sofa to enjoy the view from. WIFI has a fee but free if your a member of their loyalty program (IHG). Parking was 100 MXN a day (you can come and go as you wish) which I thought was reasonable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. There us a coffee shop (Cielitos) in the motor lobby and many other restaurants in the area.
