We went for a couple of drinks and ended up having some entrees, I can confidently say, this is one of the most expensive restaurants in the city!! Portions are ridiculously small!! We had a couple of tequilas and margaritas and ended up paying +300usd and still had to go some place else to eat since we were left hungry, eventhough we had 6 entrees. Never going back!

Luxury hotel in Reforma Avenue, Mexico's top location. Excellent service and rooms. If price is not a problem, you should stay here.

King Cole bar has a beautiful view of the fountain. Gorgeous interior. Attentive staff. Perfect combination for a chic night of cocktails, which the bartenders make perfectly. Everything I had was delicious.

This hotel has serious noise issues. Beginning at 7am, you start hearing traffic from outside. My room was on the 10th floor. Every Sunday, at 6am, there's an event that shuts down all the streets nearby for an event called Ciclovia. In theory, this is great for noise, except the bicycling event starts right next to the hotel. At 6am, they turn up the music outside and the people on loud speakers sounded like they were in my room.

I absolutely would never stay at this hotel ever again.

Luxury hotel with a really strange elevator system.
    Lobby not on street level.
Do not enter an elevator without first choosing your floor outside the elevator by using your room key and pushing desired floor on exterior key pad, or you will be stuck in elevator until someone calls for an elevator.
    No buttons inside elevator.
    Nice gym and small pool.
You cannot open windows in guest rooms. A/C noisy. Nice beds/sheets.

Beautiful and elegant restaurant that really stands out. Makes the guest feel welcomed, privileged and treated nicely. Drinks were also outstanding. Would go back anytime.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Very friendly staff. You get your own butler who will take care of whatever you need. Really nice toiletries in the bathroom.

Always a reliable five star destination. The only thing I could want would be a shower with thicker water stream. Other than that, it's the definition of five star hotel.

Went with some friends to the king Cole bar for a celebration and we were disappointed to find the terrace closed and loud construction noise that made it impossible to enjoy ourselves. We left and went elsewhere. I'm sure the bar and terrace will be lovely when it reopens, but this Saturday afternoon it was unpleasant.

Went for dinner to Candela Romero. I had an amazing experience: the food, and the attention to every detail made my event perfect. I would absolutely come back, and I strongly recommend this restaurant.

This is the finest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The private butler experience was exceptional. I don't often avail myself of shoe-shine/clothing-pressing service. However, after day 1 I was hooked! Every member of the staff I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly.

Great rooms, with premium finishes, and very cool views of the city. Wonderful location, walk-able location along the Paseo de la Reforma.

    Highly, highly, highly recommend!

A nice hotel with excellent service. The location isn't ideal for tourism and traffic can be quite bad on Reforma. Some elements of the rooms show ware and tear despite it being a relatively new hotel.
