I went to the restaurant for business lunch. The prices are very high and the taste of the food is bad. I expected a better portion size for the price that I paid for. If you want to go only for lunch/dinner, there are better options for the same price near to the hotel.

Excellent hotel in the Santa Fe district of CDMX- west of the city center. Clean hotel and nice grounds. Very friendly valet, concierge and desk staff. Room was great - awesome valley views.

We will definitely stay there again in Mexico City! Also, they have a nice rooftop pool and bar area that's pretty neat.

Club and breakfast staff are great. Only 50% or so speak English though. Front desk was slow and hesistant to provide upgrade benefits I had earned -- only asking 3 times didn't they finally do it. Facility is modern and high end though cleaning in gym and room bathroom could be improved. Surrounded by several other hotels so take your pick.

I was attending an Oracle event. The hotel service was very nice. The food was fine, and the bathrooms were always clean. Totally coming back again!

Nicely located in Santa Fé neighborhood, offers fairly spaced rooms, courteous service. Gym is small, but with good amount of threadmills.

The hotel is very well located if you have to stay in Sta Fe. The rooms are big and comfortable and you can find several good walking distant options to eat. It has a great SPA but it only works from 9 - 20 So if you travel to work you probably won't have e the opportunity to enjoy it. ( At least it was my case )

Gorgeous hotel, great restaurant, beautiful all around. I haven't been to Mexico City before so I can't say how prices compare to others in the area but it was great for sure. I give it an 11/10.

The hotel is very nice and it's general ambiance is very comfortable regarding temperature and general ambiance noise. Event ballrooms are really premium but internet is not included even though they price of thehe ballrooms is already steep which wouldn't be a problem if cellular reception wasn't almost non existent inside the ballrooms.

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very nice, and of course the beds are incredibly comfortable. The restaurant is great, and the food and room service are delicious and inexpensive. No complaints at all.
