Location it's pretty good if you have prior engagements on Coyoacan because it's way too far from the center. Aside from that the service it's marvelous and so are the rooms.

Big and clean rooms. I had an okay stay and no complaints. The gym was modest. I had No complaints. I like the hotel's location as there are places to go to and things to do relatively near by. The area felt safe to me.

Its a good place to stay, the room is clean and comfortable. I chose 3 stars because the customer service could be better, the shower definitely need a upgrade (the water flow is too small and slow) and the breakfast start only at 06:30 - I had a morning flight so I couldn't had Breakfast there.

Lovely instance in Holiday Inn Mexico, the service is perfect, all the staff pay attention to all the details to give the best moments in the hotel. And the room, at least mine, was so comfortable, they make you feel like home.

Awesome staff at the bar and restaurant. Front desk people needs improvement specially the younger ladies
Security was always on top of every detail and very prompt doing rounds every 2 hours all throughout the hotel this made the stay feel a whole lot more safe. Thank you guys!

The real secret to this place is in the hospitality. We were blown away by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, in particular in the restaurant. The food was incredible. The rooms were very well appointed and cared for.
