Esta casi sobre periférico, a un costado de este muy cerca de Perisur. Excelente ubicación en zona sur, cerca de CU

Great service, you can notice the effort they put on details. The room was very clean and the furniture was just like being home. The conference hall is big enough. The WiFi is fast. The location is good of you want to visit a mall. I enjoy my visit. The Sunday breakfast buffet is delicious.

Nice, large rooms - maybe a bit dated. Restaurant is good with a few local options. Views are beautiful. It has the normal amenities, but no pool.

Hotel is ok although it could use a facelift. Feels a bit like the 80s. Thought it is clean and the staff is nice and friendly.

The weekend buffet is awesome and well priced. You can really try a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes made with great quality and flavor. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the place doesn’t get too crowded if you arrive before 10. Try everything you can, but don’t miss out on the pancita, the various types of quesadillas as well as the carnitas and barbacoa. They are amazing! Also, they have really good fruit smoothies. Don’t miss the chance to have breakfast here. Plus it’s right across Perisur mall in case you need to walk it off somewhere or you can go to tlalpan forrest if you’re looking for a natural place to get some air and on the third Sunday of the month you can find the farmer’s market.

    Pros:
Great hotel, the staff is very kind and the accommodations are very good. Another good thing is 24 hours room service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at the restaurant which by the way has and is a great view. Panoramic elevators and another perks included on the package.
    Cons:
Free WiFi is almost unusable and the premium one isn't that great which is paid by device.

The service in the reception was bad. They gave me a smoking room because they said there were no more non smoking room left. Then I went to the room and it was occupied people in the bed. Then they offer me a non smoking room. I was surprised because they said there were no more left. So I would expect better service and coordination in this kind of hotel.

Pretty nice hotel, I'd classify it as 4 stars. Clearly a lot of conferences happen here. Almost every other guest appears to be here on business. The room and bathroom are a good size. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is awesome. The staff was very helpful to us and even went way out of their way to do things for us. The lobby is very nice and is open up to the roof, which makes for a very wide-open feeling. The only negative is that some things feel a bit out of date but it is still a very nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Excellent service and the rooms quite comfortable. Try not to order room service. It's better if you go to the restaurant. The location is quite convenient if you have business in the South of Mexico City.

The service at this hotel is excellent and the best thing is that it is near one of the biggest shoping malls in Mexico: Perisur.
