Muy buen servicio, excelente estancia en la habitación, muy limpia, el restaurante tiene un bufett muy rico. Excelente atención parte del personal, muy buen precio. Muy cerca de todo el centro histórico de la ciudad de México.

Get a suite if you want AC, very clean hotel, if you get the one with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. Nothing wrong with the rooms loved them! Front desk amazingly helpful, BUT as much as I want to give them 5 stars I can't, the lady that was cleaning rooms on my floor kept saying awful things about the customers with very inappropriate words she was rude and the restaurant is not as good as I thought it'd be. Will be coming back on my next visit for sure!

Surprisingly great hotel. Got a room with a jacuzzi and the staff was really nice. It was the first hotel ive ever stayed at in mexico city that wasnt loud all night long. Ill definitely stay there again

Place is okay, the receptionist at night is very rude, prices OK, clean rooms, but quite small . TV is really bad quiality

Horrible service! The rooms seemed clean except for the bed bugs! Came home with bites all over my arms and legs. And be careful when you book a standard room, it does NOT include Air Conditioning. The lady with short hair was not willing to help me move to another room. She and the boy that works the nights. Both need to go take costumer service classes. Liz and I believe Nora were amazing and helpful.

The location is pretty good, though a bit more North than I'd prefer. The suites we stayed in were huge, had all the amenities you would expect, and were very very affordable. There is room service and a restaurant/bar. Overall I loved this hotel.

Nice budget hotel. Small room but clean. Great location to walk to various landmarks but not an area I would want to talk around at night. Restaurant is good for the breakfast buffet. Beds a bit stiff. Had some issues with the drainage in shower and bathroom and had issues with safe not working but they resolved immediately. 4 star for value. Would stay again.
