Great location in San Jose del Cabo, close to a Walmart, shopping malls, excelent restaurants, and a bus station. Conveniently located close to Cabo San Lucas (only 30 minutes away riding a public bus), a good breakfast is included with your stay, pool water is cold but kept pretty clean, awesome customer service, will definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about the hotel stay. The wifi and hot water were the best of our 5 different hotels throughout BCS, The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for the cost. The design was a beautiful mission style. To get to the airport and back we took the 5$ Desert Route bus which stopped just across the street. We were on the quiet side of the street which looked out to a Mexican neighbourhood and the surrounding hills. We walked 10 minutes to the centre of town twice a day. Excellent stay, excellent value! ¡Gracias!

We forgot an iPad on the plane and Janice at the front desk called the airport and tracked it down for us. Then she DROVE us to the airport to pick it up. Incredible kindness that will be remembered forever and hopefully passed on.
The room was nice, not elaborate but clean and certainly worth the money.response / report this review -

This hotel should be a 1 star, the staff did not speak english and at check in we thought they were charging us double for the room. No easy way to get to the room, layout of the hotel was such that you have to walk up stairs then down a couple ramps and up stairs again (with all our luggage). The "included" breakfast was basically old cereal, bread and milk with some questionable looking mexican huevos and chicken. Only gave 2 towels in the room, and there was no way to call and request more towels, had to go to the lobby to get extras.

Excellent service, friendliness of the staff, very clean and tidy rooms. I suggest use photo cells to keep the pool water at a more adequate temperature

This hotel was half between between the Cabo San Jose airport and our destination downtown Cabo San Lucas. We could not check into our resort until the following day so this was a good choice. Room was clean with free parking. Walmart was almost right across the street, down about 1/2 block. One of the staff who spoke English went out and ordered food for us and brought it back to our room. Wonderful beef tacos, beer and water. We arrived later evening so this was a nice treat.

The hotel staff was very helpful since the first contact via email, they made sure we were comfortable during our stay and went the extra mile providing storage for our luggage after we checked out.

A nice place to chill out and recharge the energy, after the party. It's needed a hotel like this in Cabo San Lucas. The hostess and room service crew gave us great attention. Excellent location and affordable fares

We just checked in today, so I don't have much to say yet. But the pool area is clean and spacious, and stays cool even when it's hot. The room is clean and pleasant, albeit small. The hotel staff are kind and helpful, although they don't speak much English, so communication can get tricky. Overall, I'm looking forward to my trip in Mexico, and expect this hotel to meet all my needs!

Great service overall great everything, Free breakfast is good. Only thing is that i have a bad knee and it would be nice if this hotel had an elevator. I Also had my daughter with me so with luggage and a bad knee this was not to good for me,

This was simply the WORST hotel stay I've ever had, and I have stayed all over the world.
We'll start with the website information that is either missing or incorrect.
- There is no American style buffet, we had everything from hotdogs, ham/chs sandwiches and french fries FOR BREAKFAST - NO not american. the one day there was pancakes but they were out in 20 min and refused to serve more.
- The Wifi is not secure, and rarely works - we were told to try to stay in lobby or in back bedroom of suite.
- There is NO elevator, and only one entrance, so if you get a room far away from desk - too bad, 20 min walk at least.
- The desk doesn't speak English OR chooses to pretend they do not speak English, they will happily show you google translate. We called for help with microwave, and they brought up a blanket !
I learned my lesson about not reading reviews, because people have had same results for more than a yr, there is no improvement. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER.response / report this review -

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok too. But, my room had tiny white bugs all over the couch and small ants in the kitchen. I took a few pictures and video to show my wife because the amount of insects was unbelievable.

Excellent location, the rooms were clean, well decorated, had a little kitchen, a table and four chairs. But the price was high. They have a pool that in the web site they say is warm but it's not.

Rooms are very spacious and as clean as could be. Staff is kind and helpful and the location is very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. All in all it's a great base camp to set out and explore Los Cabos
