The hotel and rooms were very nice and comfortable. I didn't visit the spa or take advantage of the pools or other amenities, but I enjoyed a very relaxing stay and I found prices for restaurants, room service, and items stocked in the room to be very reasonable. A feature that stood out to me was the window next to the jacuzzi tub that faced into the room towards the patio.

I gave the resort 4 starts instead of 5 for a few reasons:

    1. Though the room was nice and clean, one of the light switch vcovers kept falling off the wall when I would use the light switch.
    2. There was an excessive amount of light switches in the room (I think 13 if memory serves correctly, but there could have been more). In addition there were 2 table lamps not controlled by switches.
    2. I ordered breakfast from room service on my last day and it never came.

Spent four days an three nights here and I regret not spending more time at the resort! This place is like it's own little town. It has lots of things to do and the sight and architecture is beautiful! Definitely get up early and declare your spot at the pool area in the main area if you want a nice view. It gets crowded pretty early by 11am. I would recommend buying your own gallon of water at the minimart and fill your own bottle as they'll charge you around $5 for a small one. If you want to explore downtown, they have shuttles every couple of hours for $5 each way. Overall a nice resort to stay and relax. Staff was also friendly and they have golf carts for transportation within the resort as well.

The feel of the resort is really cool. Once the construction is complete it's going to really feel like a small city. Good food, friendly staff, and nice views of the ocean.

I'm taking off one star because the various bars and restaurants close too early. Especially for an all-inclusive package there should be a 24 hour snack place, or at least one that opens till 1 or 2 am

Great place. Construction sounds, but you can ignore that after a day. Really nice amenities and suites/villas. Daily room service and pool/spa/fire pit in each unit.
Food is very well done, and the service is good (it's amazing if you tip).

This would be a 4 or 5 star review if not for the construction right outside our suite that started at 7am and continued every day until after 6pm. When I asked to speak to the manager about it they explained he was busy and said they will ask the contractor to start later and sent me a bottle of cheap champagne as an apology. We spent over $3000 for one week and enjoy sitting outside on our lovely deck but the noise was so bad you couldn’t enjoy it. I would have expected an offer of a discount or credit as the resort is full for spring break. We were considering a timeshare here as we have friends who have purchased and love it.

I’ve never had better service than at the pool with my main man, Cesar. He was incredibly attentive and made my whole family feel like we were the most important people at the resort. I’m going back with hopes of seeing him!

The view was amazing, the rooms was amazing, and the service was excellent. The room we stayed in was a basic room that had a balcony overlooking the resort and to the ocean. The walk in shower went really well with the tall sink. The queen sized bed was really comfortable. What really made it great was that the bed was placed in the center of the room so that it was possible to sleep with the balcony doors open to allow the warm ocean breeze to enter the room as you slept. Also the a/c and lights turned off automatically after a short period of time if the balcony doors were left open long enough. Service is always great especially when they slip in a free beer or two!

Two out of the 4 food items were good. The other two would have to be considered average at best. My wife's Mexican enchiladas had beans from a can and sauce that was no better than cheap Mexican food. My steak was ok but nothing compared to a top class rib eye I was expecting. More likely something you might get at Denny's.

Atmosphere was 5 star. Services 5 star.
    View was spectacular
The flys were many and made it very difficult for us to eat our food

I might give them one more chance but that would be it.

    Perfect Place
The staff friendly and helpful, so lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Fortunately, everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in pools and restaurants. The food was beyond good. The room was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay, and although short this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Thank you so much to Jesus, Edgar, Alejandro, Miguel Angel Andrea, and all who made our stay perfect.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around

So great such a nice feel with great service and wonderful views. They mixed up our reservations and said we had a two queen when we ordered a one king so they ended up giving us a membership suite with an amazing view of the ocean. I love it here.

Our room was a nice ocean view room with a great view. We purchased the all inclusive option. The food was very good and more than enough to eat. The all inclusive option also allows you to eat at several restaurants in the downtown Cabo area. They also have a shuttle that goes to downtown Cabo every 2 hours.

Be advised.. It is quite windy in the evening making it difficult to eat since most of the restaurants only have outdoor seating. Napkins and tablecloths blow around and food gets cold quickly. It puts a severe damper on the dining experience.

Awesome Resort, Awesome Service, Awesome Food!! I My stay was for five days and I have nothing but great things to say! We only ate at the Las Marias for breakfast, but a couple of times at the poolside restaurant. We did not try the others onsite, because we also ventured out and ate downtown and other resorts and I have o say that the food was good everywhere, but the food at Hacienda Encantada was Great!! Everyone always wearing a smile, greeting you and very accommodating. What a great way to spend the New Year!!! The beach is not far away, but I didn't even miss the beach, the pools are awesome. They have adult pool areas as well as the children pools and activity pools and playground. Felix Dejesus Ortega, whos is pictured in one of the photo's is the absolute best!!! Thank you Hacienda Encantada, you are the best!!! Taxi's are $25.00 US, one way, you may want to rent a car or there is a shuttle provided, but we were always out past 10:00 pm an the shuttle stops running at that hour. Or, the public bus is only $3.00 US, and you will have to walk out of the resort and wait across the street for it. All in all, we had a great experience, beautiful property and you don't have to worry aabout walking, you can call for a golf cart to pick you up and drop you off and will be returning in 2017!

Very nice, rooms are comfortable. Furniture is slightly outdated but still nice. TV is definitely outdated! Location is great with a perfect view of the Arch at Sunset!
