Interesting, budget friendly hotel with a unique layout. We really enjoyed the lounging areas. Beware if you are arranging a taxi to the airport through the hotel. We were told 500 pesos from hotel manager but were told 1000 by the driver.

Proximity to Old Town is best feature. Free Parking available on streets around the motel.

Great affordable place to stay two blocks off the main square in old Town. Hernan Leiva was a terrific host and have built a great Oasis in the city. Shady trees, communal kitchen, simple rooms, wifi. Really a special place and they have us great recommendations for affordable restaurants in the area. Highly recommend for the bike packer set, good security to lock out bikes and store or gear.

We love this location and fantastic hosts! The hostel is within walking distance to lots of great food options, shops and mellow bars. Our hosts gave us lots of great recommendations for beaches and other activities, we had an amazing time and can't wait to stay here again.

This is a fantastic spot that we found on Airbnb. The host is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is a very laid-back place to stay for a Los Cabos vacation. Don't expect air conditioning. Do expect wi-fi, local information, and lots of common areas to chill out in.

Cozy and in the heart of the Historic District. Close to the Arts District. Quiet and safe. Herman and Cynthia, the owners, are sweet and very helpful. Loved staying here!

Very affordable clean and central rooms in San Jose del Cabo. Friendly and helpful staff, too. If you're out and about most of the time and just need a nice place to sleep and clean up, not a luxury suite or famous address, this is a good choice. Reasonable rates, central and tidy.
