Large, clean rooms, with kitchenette, large shower/tub, small pool with hot tubs and lounge chairs, 15 min walk to the beach, marina, and Walmart, very affordable!

Okay place, just didn't have any of the trappings of a resort. They have an okay restaurant and the rooms are sufficient, but for the price it is definitely worth it if you're going to be out all day.

Really nice place to stay it's cheap and close to the beach. It's clean the pool is really cool during winter. The food is way too expensive, I rather eat somewhere else. It's not that good.
Wifi is really slow and the hair dryer almost shocked me. I couldn't turned it off because it was connected to the wall.
The only bad thing is that you have to walk a lot, but if you like to walk and also a cheap place I definitely recommend this hotel. Also This hotel is really close to the mall. I moved to another hotel closer to te beach.response / report this review -

Very clean and well priced hotel. Safe location, solid breakfast, quick walk to tourist destinations. Fridge and microwave so you can save on your meals. Walmart is a mile away.stock up and enjoy the week!

Our Quinta del Sol review from visit 10/26/16 - 11/2/16:
Positives: Clean room/on site restaurant serves exceptional food/ pool clean, well maintained/courteous site staff, excluding overall Front Desk Staff.
Negatives: Noise level high, as our room faced the parking lot and heavy auto and foot traffic. Also, a noisy highway directly faces hotel. Hotel does not offer shuttle service anyplace. You either walked/took the local bus/hired a taxi to get into Cabo. Too much long walking for us to get anywhere plus hot, humid weather conditions forced us to hire taxis, which were spendy. Front Desk not too informative and supportive. On check-in, didn't tell us we had to insert our only card key inside room special slot to operate lights. Didn't offer to bring another card to us. Had to make an extra walking trip back to Front Desk to get it ourselves. Asked for a wakeup call our 1st day and never got it, re: a presentation. When Presentation folks stopped in a day later, Front Desk did not tell us. Although Front Desk offered pool towels, not informed; we found out only by talking with other guests.
