Great hotel, staff was very helpful! Unfortunately my rooms phone didn’t work and i tried lots of times to call room service to order food and the food was ok. They need to be more cautious with those situations since they will loose money that way, other than that, great hotel for the price!

Regular beds, pillows are too high for my comfort. We did not get our room clean one day of our four night stance. Personnel are very kind and helpful. Rooms are big, modern and clean.

It's a nice hotel, well located and with spacious rooms. However I'd say that in comparison to other local hotels the food is priced too highly and the air conditioning is rather loud so I needed to turn it off to sleep. That said, it is a good hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms, and I'd happily start there again.

Very nice Hotel, very clean and the staff was so helpful. The front desk was fast and easy. Mexico, traffic is little rough, but everything is 30 mins with traffic. A staff member by the name Gerardo was so helpful.

Great hotel chain. Building was modern, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Staff was more along the lines of a 4 star hotel with exceptional attentiveness, personnel service and knowing you by name. Will stay here again.
