Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Somewhat quiet. Walking distance to the beach. Close to the action.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Stayed here for a week in July of 2016. While this place might not be an official “5 Star” hotel, it was absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I. Location is excellent! The hotel was very clean and modern looking, the lobby always had fresh citrus or lemon water (delicious by the way) ready to cool you off after spending a long day in the sun, and the staff was beyond professional! The pool, while small, was always clean..as was the gym..they got the jobs done! And the room, we loved as well! It was very clean, sleek, from the bedsheets to the shower..we really never wanted to leave! This is an exceptional hotel at one of the best rates you can find in Cabo!

If you are looking for an affordable, clean and comfortable room in Cabo, this is the place. Fairfield Inn is also relatively close to the action and on the main path for major transportation. The free breakfast is passable. The gym is OK (but really, who goes to Cabo to work out?).

One warning: Esteban's Cantina next door plays live or karaoke music into the wee hours. Avoid staying on the west side of the hotel, lest you be kept awake most of the night by the cacophony of reverberating noise.

Finally, the maids are thieves. I know this is obvious, but leave nothing of value in the room.

A little Oasis away from the chaos. This hotel is super clean! No carpets in the rooms which is awesome! The staff are so kind (Ana at the front desk is so sweet) and helpful. The pool area is fairly small but not crowded. The pool is clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast is ok but just down the road is Cabo bakerydelicious bread and breakfast. We came with 2 young kids. After the chaos of the beach area it was so nice to come back to this hotel. If you want to head to a beautiful restaurant (could be romantic without kids) definitely try Missiones de Kino restaurant. Amazing food and service!

The staff are friendly, very good at helping you find shopping, restaurants ect The free breakfast in the mornings very nice. You have to remember to ask for towels for swimming. Lovely little pool. Very clean. The cleaning staff smile but I don't think speak English. But do try to guess what you are asking for. I would stay here again. There is so much with in walking distance to see or do. It is also priced very nice!

I stayed four nights at this hotel it was very pleasant all the employees make you feel welcome they have great amenities the gym the pool and the concierge service is excellent they provide breakfast which is a pretty decent selection fruits cereal waffles not bad. its a 10 minute walk to the beach which wasn't that bad and its close to everything so the taxi cab is not that expensive the bed was comfortable the AC work great the only problem I had was with the refrigerator it didn't keep my drinks very cold I do recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Pretty standard Fairfield. Breakfast was good with Mexican (and standard) choices. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Esteban's (right next door) has good food and the hotel wifi works there too.

Cheaper room, walking distance from the beach. Convenient for people looking for a more relaxed vibe while still enjoying cabo. Breakfast was terrible and we had to pay cash for all our gift shop purchases. Night auditor was far from helpful but overall it was quite, clean and convenient.

Nice normal energy efficient hotel just a short walk from the beach, food, the mall, a couple of banks, and the night party scene. The workout area and laundry room are small. But they sufficed. The double-bed rooms are a good sizepretty much normal, but there are no fridges or microwaves in them (at least not in the one I was in) but there was a safe. Normal sized bathrooms. Comfy beds and pillows. GREAT staff. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the housekeepers were very friendly and inviting.
Breakfast was awesome. It wasn't gourmet, but there were REAL EGGS, fresh fruit, amazing avocado, and lots of variety.

Room is comfortable, the bed is great and firm definitely the best part. Hotel does transfer currency which is helpful. The free breakfast is pretty good too. And not to expensive for a long stay.

Overall experience was very positive, as the Fairfield Inn was tourist friendly. Cleaning services were good and the safe had ample space for valuables while in Mexico. Catered breakfast was nice, having a mix of continental and Mexican fare. Pool was a bit small but not necessary while near the beach. There is also a small but well stocked gym in the lobby.

I stayed here for one week during a business trip. This is a budget hotel for Cabo San Lucas, and the room rate reflects this fairly. I was here during the week between Christmas and New Year's, and my usual hotel was not available. The room was clean and modern, but it would have been convenient to be able to purchase beer or wine in the lobby. The workout room is small but has a complete dumbbell set and three very good treadmills. There is a very good restaurant next door (Esteban's). Normal walking distance away are several good bars and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. The outside pool is small, but the seating area around the pool is a nice place to relax.

This is not a five star property, but the value is solid.
