Very nice people, great breakfast and we'll situated for going to Historic San Jose del Cabo or Cabo via local bus, taxi, Uber, etc.

Short walks to real good restaurants and the beach.

Despite being only couple years old our room's bathtub drain was clogged, shower handle didn't work. But rooms are nice, big and comfortable

Your basic hotel. Clpse to the beaxh but no access. My eoom had a lovely view of a blank wall. Nice staff. Good breakfast selection. Great location for wandering and grocery stores. Otherwise nothing to brag about.

Very nice, clean place, looks new. Personnel very helpfull. Food is deliciuos including complimentary breakfast that is surprisingly complete. Room spacious and stylish.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was extensive and included a variety of fruits, cereals, sweets, hot dishes, and beverages. The coffee, however, was terrible. All in all, highly recommend choosing Hyatt Place Los Cabos.

The staff are Super!! This hotel is more of a business persons type hotel. I only gave 4 stars because the rooms are small and there's not much of a pool area. Don't expect a resort or fancy anything here.
One of the few great things about the Hyatt Place (besides the staff, who I can't say enough about ~ they all were genuinely wonderful and helpful) is the excellent free breakfasts they have!! Lots of excellent food, lots of choices!!

Clean, modern facilities. Short walk to the beach and easy to get to downtown area by public bus. The breakfast had good variety and was better than most other hotel breakfasts I've seen.

Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Everything well maintained. Free breakfast in the morning is worthy of being called breakfast. Surf and snorkeling rentals and a supermarket for frugal travelers within a 2 minute walk. I would stay again.

I am staying at the J.W. Mariot in San Lucas Cabos and it is wonderful. If you need anything there are plenty of servers and they are happy to accommodate to your needs. The bedrooms are very lovely.

Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. There isn't too much to do other than the beach in the area, which is gorgeous. Highly recommend eating at Lateral which is close by. Best tacos I've had.

For not being a beach hotel, this is the next best thing. Many rooms have a beautiful water view, the hotel is clean and accommodating, and is just a 2 minute walk to the beach, if that, via a sandy walkway. Very easy, and the free breakfast is pretty good compared to most.

The best feature of this hotel is the location. It's not on the beach but is waking distance and it is well located too; close to good restaurants and shops.

We stayed in room 408. The room is spacious.

The first amenity that called my eyes in the room was the blackout curtain, since I'm a light sleeper and light sensitive, I was very impressed by it, however the thing was installed 2 inches below the right place so the light flooded the room anyways and it didn't help that there's a lot of electronics with permanent or blinking lights. I ended up buying a sleep mask.

The bathroom could do with longer towel holders (to avoid them go get smelly and being washed every day)

The cleaning was a little erratic, they forgot to remove trash and failed to clean the floor, on the third day I talked to the concierge Gabriela about it.
It got a little better, but cleanliness definitely is not their forte.

The breakfast was mediocre, so americanized and blend we are there only in the first two days and then started venturing in the neighborhood for food.

One thing that bothered me very much was that the hotel didn't have the option of not changing the towels every day. Such of a waste of water!

Beautiful place to stay at! Amazing rates and complimentary breakfast every morning! Who can ask for more. Not to mention how convenient it is to have the beach just across the street! Best of all, if your on vacation and still would like to keep up on a daily workout, not to worry! They have a gym right next to the pool.
