Great location. Fantastic restaurant (Mi Cocina) downstairs. Attentive staff. A couple little hiccups in terms of cleanliness and not sure it was full value vs money or it would be a 5. That said, the upstairs "spa" room with the private patio was an amazing way to start our trip and way better than rat race of towel cards at the resorts. Would probably return if back in Cabo.

Beautiful, relaxing place. The service and food was excellent. It is true about the construction just outside of the hotel, but still 5 stars in my opinion.

Very expensive, for the price you are not supplied purified water like every other hotel in Mexico has. Nor did they choose to mention the construction zone in the square outside when we booked. It's a nice, will designed botique hotel, but I don't need to pay New York prices in Baja. Plus it is built near a busy, noisy road which is mostly muffled with the water features unless you are in the rooms closest to the road, which we were. And they were"unable" to move us. It's cute, rooms are nice, staff are nice but I don't think it's worth what they charged us.

Nice cozy hotel. Need to use stairs to get to rooms. The breakfast is pretty good. The hammock by the pool is awesome and relaxing.

There was no bathroom door in one of the rooms! The bathroom also smelled funny. But the location and food were very good

Great location in Centro Historico. Quiet and peaceful setting with beautiful pool and terraced courtyard. The service is outstanding. Rooms are good size and uniquely decorated. Bathrooms are a bit dated for this price point but a minor detail for us.

Dinner here was an excellent experience start to finish. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess. The seating area was this beautiful patio with fire pits and palm trees.
The menu is small but very creative and changes often. Everything we ordered was delicious. The fish was fresh, the chicken was moist, the beef tender and the steaks cooked perfectly.

This is the only time I've come back to a hotel for a second stay. The place feels like Mexico, unlike the big hotel chains, and the staff is wonderful and warm. It's right on the old town square so it's an easy walk to dinner if you don't eat at their fabulous restaurant, and they offer a discounted shuttle service to the beach club at Hotel el Ganzo. Breakfast on the patio was beautifully prepared and presented.
