I am not putting 5 stars because its a luxurious place but because all the ( Condos) have ocean view rooms , they have a big pool , restaurant , laundry room. The rooms have a mini refrigerator , kitchen sink plates and cups. This place its advertised as a hotel but they are actually condominiums and the name that it goes by is Plaza Cancun if you go there tell the bus or taxi driver your are going there and they will know where to take you don't use BSEA. I recommend this place

Terrible! The drinks.. they ALL taste like they were sweetened with Splenda. The food is bad and DON'T let them trick you, IT DOES NOT HAVE A BEACH AREA

Stayed there for ONE night! And not by choice either. Let me first say will not be coming back. The food was horrible (some sort of Asian and seafood stuff), the breakfast was even horrible (who can mess up eggs?). The rooms were small and had huge cracks from under the door so bugs crawl in! Cockroach in bathroom. Not a good selection of beer. No lotion in the rooms. The beach was small and had a small swim area that is right around large boats. So you are swimming in oil and gas. Make sure if you have children keep them from walking down the beach towards the next hotel (topless women in the water and on the beach ). On a positive the staff was friendly.

Currently staying at this resort and I would 10/10 recommend! Everything is clean, the food is amazing and the staff is top notch. I noticed reviews complaining of the old rooms etc but as of now the entire place has been redone. They are currently adding a bar next to their lobby pool that is looking amazing. It is cheap and 5 star quality. The beach is small but the location makes up for it, resort beaches are overrated anyways! Totally go here!!!

Their customers service is great my mom is disabled and the Staff made everything to make her feel at home. The one thing WiFi is only available at the Lobby area not the rooms which I don't mind but others may?

This resort was absolutely wonderful!!! It's all inclusive, family-friendly, the staff was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing the staff was cleaning from sunrise and beyond, there was always an activity going. The food was delicious and authentic. There's also different kind of tours set-up next to the resort. It's 10min from downtown Cancun, but it's walking distance from the mall. Taxis are easily accessible and are $10 in US dollars. I would suggest to carry $5/10s just for the reason and tips.
Another reason I love this resort because I was there by myself and it was my birthday. The staff gave me a little cake and sang to me. I'd definitely go back to this resort.

We spent a week in Cancun bay resort and it was not a good experience. The room we stayed in was worst then motel 6. Its' furniture are very old, draws are old and sticky can't even put our cloths in. Free WIFI yes, in the open lobby where you feed the mosquitoes. They recycle their cheap plastic cups and plastic shot tubs by raising with sink water and some cups you can still see lips stick on them. The pool and hot pool by the bar is nasty, the water is milky color. The pool by the lobby is clean but lots of kids. There is beach access but can't swim in. it a dock for sail boats for the island tour. The water is full of vegetation growing. You can only walk in the water about 15 feet. Don't waste your money on this place.

Didn't stay here, however was able to use the pool area, and toilets during scuba diving training. From what I experienced, the all inclusive resort was top notch. Would consider staying here in the future if I'm ever back in Cancun. Toilets facilities were the cleanest I have ever had the pleasure of using.

Decent price for an all-inclusive hotel. They ran out of tekila pretty soon and the room didn't have water at night. I'd give 3.5 Stars.
The beach section of the hotel is small but it offers a good view of sunrises.

We did the scuba adventure with the classes for the beginner divers. I'm certified and needed the refresher. It was a great time, staff were patient and helpful throughout the day

I am currently sitting in the lobby after carrying all my luggage down and not getting one bit of help from anyone to contact the shuttle service that is supposed to be taking me to the airport so I don't miss my flight. I have; never in my life, been more irritated with the lack of customer service, or just caring for another human being. Do not come to this place unless you like sub par food and terrible people that run this place. The ONLY decent things about this resort were the hard working folks that cleaned the rooms. Only wish they spoke enough English to help contact out shuttle service for us. Instead will have to get a cab because Cancun bay won't be lifting a hand to do anything for the folks that dropped off $2000 for 5 days here at their resort. DONT STAY HERE!!!! PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY MORE WISELY!!!!!!
