Not bad for an all inclusive at the price point. Food was average. Good location just out of town with shopping right up the street. Dive Paradise was amazing. Great staff.

The atmosphere and guests are great, but if I wasn't going scuba diving, I would absolutely not stay here. The food, except some items like the homemade grilled dishes that are amazing, are not good and pretty much nothing is fresh. Desserts and drinks are good. The bartenders are friendly and the younger ones will load you up with alcohol. The pool and jacuzzi are great, as well as the schba packages and nighttime activities. Overall, I had a fantastic time with my scuba diving club.

Great artificial beach on the channel side of the island. Good place for drinks. The lunch buffet is not great. Above all, however, it's best place I've been in Cozumel to scuba dive. Beautiful water and coral formations in the water along the beach. Overall a great experience.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

We visited this property as part of our cruise ship excursion to participate in salsa and margarita making class. The resort has been modernized and has an attractive and large pool area. It was very peaceful when we were there, no screaming kids. I saw some guests ordering at the bar and not paying so perhaps it is an all inclusive resort. They have a large party room with stage for weddings or other events. Easy to access from the downtown area. Very short drive. The salsa class was a lot of fun. We would have enjoyed staying longer if time allowed.

Great service. Wifi sucked and was very spotty. I got this on Groupon and can't complain about the price and all-inclusive. The breakfast omelette were good and made fresh. All the other buffet food was a hit or miss. The bar makes your drinks strong.

We did the salsa salsa package with the Cruise Line. The salsa making was great and margaritas were very good. Are dancing chefs were absolutely amazing, they made the experience for us. The dance lessons were good we even got an opportunity to swim at the end. The resort was very friendly and welcoming. Probably the best part of our trip.

The hotel itself is very dated. The food was a standard 3 star selection from the buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The snorkeling just off shore is what moved this review up to 4 stars. Better than the day trip we took

Hotel Cozumel and Resort has a direct relationship with dive shop across the street; we booked through the hotel for a package deal.

While we were there, we had foul weather for two days and the boats didn't go out. That is totally reasonable, but they refuse to refund our diving costs even though they cancelled the dives.

A raincheck for a resort is useless. I'm not coming back for 4 dives credit!

Hotel is alright, staff service is mediocre. Food is not good at all, but it is an all inclusive. The rooms are all a long walk from the front desk and the beach.

Good location slightly away from downtown but still walking distance. Rooms are nice. Hotel layout a little awkward. Huge pool. Good A/C.

The provided free internet is ridiculously slow, almost unusable.

Purchased the 7 days 5 nights inclusive diving package. Room was spacious. AC was strong! Buffet was AWFUL! Dinner was the left over from bf and lunch plus may be 1-2 new courses. The chefs cooked almost the same courses though out the 7 days. OMGI hated to eat chicken after the trip. This "4 stars" resort is just 2-3 stars in America standard. Good for family w kids but not for romance get away. If you like your privacy or quietness this is not your place. 1 mile from Cozumel downtown.

Diving package. SUCK! 3 dives a day but the dive masters were lack of passion. They don't said it but you have to tip them privately in order to have a good time. They said let the divers picked the diving location but actually they will ignore your request; even the majority of us agreed the same diving location. 14 dives. 13 of them surfaced at 1100 or 1200 psi. Why?? All 3pm dive we're in Paradise reef! We dived here 4 days in a roll but this place don't have reef!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't listen and careless about the divers. I'll not come back.

Rooms are roomy, clean and functional. Huge, well appointed pool area with restaurant/bar. Great location: far enough away from the noise of San Miguel but close enough to enjoy it. Very nice beach area with restaurant and convenient access via a short tunnel under the road (no dealing with cars to get to beach.) Excellent dive facilities including lockers, equipment baths/drying areas, showers & equipment rental. Easy access pier for diver pickup. Convenient & safe ocean access area for checkout dives & classes. This is a great place for divers.

The basic rooms are ok, but lacking minibars. There is however ice machines, and access to diving, pool, food and more! The hotel has it's own tunnel crossing the road, making it safer and more pleasant. Within walking distance of the city centre.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel Cozumel. Staff was five stars. We stayed two weeks all inclusive no regrets. The standard rooms were not glamorous but were clean and cozy. Since we spent little time in our room it served us well. They do have elegant rooms though if that's your thing. The diving was excellent. Food good. I think the best part was the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay the best it could be. We'll definitely go back. All our love and prayers for everyone at the hotel Cozumel that made our stay wonderful. Thank you for making us feel like kings.

We did not live there we just went there for a day trip! But the “beach“ is amazing!!!! You can swim in little natural pools between so many fishes! The personal Working there is extremly friendly and we were so happy we could go there only as visitors.

Stayed here for a week. Very good service, clean resort. The food wasn't anything special, but we were well fed. Weirdly though, we had to sign a receipt for every meal, even though they were included in our room rate.
Great resort for shore diving, tanks are included in your rate. Big storage lockers, good rinse area.
