For the price we got this place is lovely. Staff was really flexible, knowledgeable, and will do what they van to help you out. I had a great stay here, down 4th or 6th Street you can walk down to the beach or one street over is the main shopping area.

Breakfast is from 7-9:30 AM I believe and while kind of basic, it had everything you'd need. Yogurt, various fruits, milk, cereal, granola, OJ, decent coffee, toaster and bread, butter and spreads, and pan dulce (Mexican pastries). I don't recall any meat or eggs.

Shower was basic with an L-shaped shower curtain separating it from the rest of the bathroom including toilet right next to it, water pressure was good, water was immediately as hot or cold as you'd want, though the showerhead was not adjustable.

Beds are comfortable and simple, we had queen size I believe, they changed out the sheets every day. Make sure you don't go crazy with the thermostat setting as you come in over heated from the day and set it as low as it goes because you'll have up at 3AM and you'd be freezing.

There's a 15 USD charge if you lose a towel, and you can rent a beach towel for 1 USD per day.

The location is really central for a lot of the and activities. If you're thinking of getting a tour I'd recommend walking around and finding some local tour representatives. They can give you much better deals due to the amount of competition around than I could find online. We bundled 2 tours to Isla Mujeres and Holbox for two people for a total of 270 USD, which was nice. You can also bundle in xcaret with transportation, but I just did that seperately online.

As I was saying this place is very Central to Cancun and the riveria Maya, including Xcaret, Xpu-Ha, Tolum, ect. THE way to get around is by collectible/convi (group shuttles) ask the locals where the nearest stop is, but they take you where you want to go for about 30 pesos/person along their route.

Pictures are not accurate. All rooms depicted in the pictures we taken. Our room had a stained blanket, smelled humid, and bathroom gets flooded when taking a shower. Too bad we couldn’t find an alternative on our first night. The stained blanket was removed, but not replaced.
We will leave early, luckily found another place for the next days. We will never come back or recommend.
Be careful, the pictures are not representative. The garden is nice.

Bello come impatto pessimo il resto o meglio dipende da cosa si cerca, per noi è stata una Brutta esperienza, dormito 1 notte e cercato altro (senza finestre, sporco anche sala colazione, piscina, buchi nella porta e impossibilità di gettare carta igienica nel 🚾 perché scritto di gettarla nel cestino). ci siamo fidati delle recensioni belle ma abbiamo sbagliato!

Excelente estancia en este hotel, habitaciones muy cómodas, instalaciones en buen estado, la atención excelente, desayuno incluido sencillo pero bueno. Es la segunda vez que llegamos ahí y no dudaríamos en llegar de nuevo.

Casa de las flores, sinônimo de desonestidade.

Das quatro suítes da casa uma estava em reforma impossibilitado a permanência de um dos casais dentro da casa, houve a necessidade de um casal ficar em um cômodo externo a casa principal.

Havia pedreiros transitando pela casa tirando totalmente nossa privacidade, sujando, incomodando com barulhos de reforma e até mesmo constrangendo as mulher presentes. Exigimos a interrupção imediata da obra, Sra. Amparo pediu um dia para terminar a obra pois liberaria o quarto para o casal. Fomos compreensivos e.deixamos continuar os trabalhos desde que só fosse executado na ausência de todos nós, infelizmente isso não foi realizado e exigimos interrupção imediata da obra abrindo mão da suite, porém neste momento ficou claro que a preocupação da Sra. Amparo não era o casal que foi acomodado fora da casa e sim deixar tudo em ordem para os novos hóspedes que chegariam no dia 02/01/2017.

Vamos ao banho, nada melhor que um belo banho para relaxar, uma bela ducha de água fria, isso mesmo FRIA, a casa não tem água aquecida, questionada Sra. Amparo nos convenceu com um belo discurso ecológico, dizendo que a água era escassa na ilha e ducha quente provocaria desperdícios com banhos longos, infelizmente nossa consciência ecológica mesmo que muito apurada foi vencida ao chegar na casa todos molhados e com frio após uma chuva de fim de tarde, tudo que queríamos era um banho quente, haviam banheiros que nem ducha existia, era um cano / bico de água.

A casa estava em obra não tinha o porque pagarmos a totalidade, conseguimos com muito custo um desconto mas desde de que a cozinheira fosse dispensada.

Dispensamos a cozinheira mas houve comprometimento que poderíamos usar os alimentos da geladeira da casa (café , frutas , pão) , dois dias após nossa conversa Sra. Amparo instalou dois cadeados na geladeira

Nos últimos dias a TV a cabo já estava desligada, sem nenhum canal disponível e a água passou a ser tão salgada que nem escovar os dentes era possível.

Em nossa saída Sra. Amparo nos cobrou 30mil Pesos por alegar que usamos três galões de água, atitude explícita de provocação sem ao menos ter informado sobre isso em nossa entrada na casa.

Não respeitavam nosso descanso ocasionado por barulhos e pancadas da própria anfitriã, ao solicitar que parasse a mesma tinha a ironia de falar que não estava fazendo barulho.

A mesma usa valores errados no Airbnb para captar clientes e o preço da diária acaba sendo mais do que o dobro do valor do anúncio.

Too expensive for what you get! Our room there had no window and was darkThere were at least three sources of noises during night as we sleep. The small fridge was so noisy that I had to unplug it to have some good sleep. Though its location was very good and had friendly staff, I would still not go back to this hotel..

The Hotel Casa de las Flores is one of the best options if you don't want to stay in a crowded all inclusive resort. The friendly staff and excellent service make this hotel a perfect choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Thanks a lot to Luna, the friendly receptionist! She was always there for us and hooked us up with cheap tours and reservations for an unforgettable candlelight dinner.
