This place is great! I was here with my friends a couple of days and we love it! The room is very comfortable, the people who works there is there for you all the time and the party Rocks! Also they have a breakfast very tasty!

Front staff was nice.
Bar staff only ok.
Breakfast staff, good one day, terrible the next.
Rooms simple but clean and served there purpose just fine. Good mix of fans and AC.
There isn't really a good daytime hang out space so I found there was no real social aspect other then the night time rooftop parties.
I went specifically for the party but was pretty disappointed. The music was just plain bad, basic 90s techno that you can head bob to but not really dance to. It just didn't feel any more like a party then your average pub night but in a much cooler atmosphere with way worse music.
Won't go back but others might enjoy it more then I did.response / report this review -

Such a nice hostel, excellent location and helpful staff expecially Cuauhtemoc, he gave us heaps of tips to enjoy The Riviera Maya. The place is clean and tidy. On the other hand, i think the Sunday party is overrated, it’s not bad, it’s just ok. They would have a deal with a Nightclub in order to keep the atmosphere once the bar closes.

Excelent prize, the rooms are always clean and in order, you can trust that your luggage is safe. All the people is really kind and as an extra, you get to know a lot of strangers.

my shoes were stolen, forgot them under my bed in the morning, returned a couple of hours later from my trip and they were gone, which is just very disappointing
the hostel per se is ok!
for sure bad luck, still very sad that many people here are quite racists against white people who look like gringos.response / report this review -

It was pretty empty when we stayed but the rooftop bar is great and they had an open mic night. I've heard the parties on Sunday are definitely worth visiting!

The place is good and well located but the service just sucks! Someone else took our beds and the guy in charge didn't care and gave us bad spots. They allegedly offer breakfast buy it is a tiny bread, half a banana and bad, bad coffee.

Pretty good mattress in dorm room. Seemed fairly clean and slept well. They have a free shot at 9 pm but I was already in bed planning to go to tulum the next day. Close to colectivo stop only a few blocks away

Has a really nice roof top pool and bar lounge area. Great music played everynight and can see the sun set too.

Great location, at the south end of the strip. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. However, they have a weird rule that you cannot drink in the common area or in your room. Also screwed my our booking so our friend and I had to sleep in different rooms. Other than that I had a good time and would recommend.
