Central to San Miguel, only one block off the water, but insulated, private and quiet. The courtyard is exquisite and the pool is perfect for cooling off after a day touristing. The staff is very friendly and Jim the owner is very personable. The perfect get away for a laid back resting vacation, but close as all the big places if you want to do the whole enchilada. Nice outdoor grilling area plus potable water provided.

Charming villas tucked away from the street, makes you feel miles away from the crowds. Yet, hundreds of shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The villas are equipped with all you need to have a great time. We made use of the common area grill. Cooking up our authentic dishes with ingredients from the local market. The A/C is excellent. That, as well as, the cozy pool helps you cool off from a day in the sun. Very helpful staff to answer any of your questions or book transportation and excursions. We love the atmosphere. It is our home away from home. Safe, secure, and close to sooooo much! Only 7 units, away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay in Cozumel. The hotel is listed as a three-star hotel, but for the price (~$70USD) it feels more like a 4-star place. Beautiful rooms with two floors (and a spiral staircase!), tasteful artwork and textiles in the rooms, hot showers (sometimes hard to find in Mexico!), and powerful AC. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly gracious and helpful; Carla was very informative of where to check out a good dive shop just down the street, and they did my laundry for me same-day for only 50 pesos! (Normally it is 100 pesos, but I had so little that they only charged me half. What service!)
If I find myself back in Quintana Roo again, which I fully expect, I will be looking to stay in this hotel again.response / report this review -
