Just good location but home so very small and old location of amazing but if we will be back to Cozumel I am bothering work in other 2 minutes and be in a better place for cheaper.

Booked a flight, a shuttle, and a room at Casa Mexicana through Apple Vacations two years in a row and have been pretty happy. Had a check-in issue last year but it was really smooth this time around. Staff it's friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have nice balconies. Bed and pillows are comfortable enough. Free breakfast is pretty good - something for everyone. They have a nice pool and bar on the main floor by the lobby. My favorite thing is that the tap water is purified so we don't have to worry about getting sick and can fill out water bottles before heading out each day.

Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The pool is sort of in the lobby so we didn't use it. Also we had a city view room which was not a good view at all. Location of the hotel was convenient though.

Great location and super friendly staff. We spent 4 lovely days here. Breakfast is great. Location is near lots of shops. Wait til after 4 pm to go shopping when the ships leave. You can negotiate better deals. Taxi stand right outside front door and the dock to Playa is a five min walk away.

Not fancy but clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed. Buffet breakfast included is excellent. Very affordable!

Rooms were OK, nothing special, and curtain was bad so lots of light in the room in the morning (east-facing window in most cheap rooms). Breakfast buffet was nothing special, but in Mexico for this price just having a buffet is a bit special. It's right in the city, walking distance from ferry and car rental, and has nice sunset view from the small pool area.

Perfecto! Enrique at the Front Desk was awesome. We had last, last minute reservations due to a medical emergency on a Carnival Cruise, and he made it work. Great accommodations, friendly staff, and international mix of guests.

Walking into the hotel lobby felt like home. The hotel and grounds were exceptionally clean, our room was spacious and had a beautiful ocean view, the staff very warm and welcoming, and the food was outstanding. We will most certainly stay here each time we return.

The Hotel is very clean, the room is spacious with a comfortable bed. We have a great ocean view room for a good price. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is awesome. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from where the ferry drops you off and the Mega store is also a 5 minute walk away. They have a few Canadian bank machines (Scotiabank and HCBC) there so it's safe and easy to get pesos and anything you may need on the island. There is no beach at the hotel so that is the one drawback from some of the bigger resorts. All in all we would be very happy to come back.

Such a clean nice little hotel. We came to scuba dive and the location is perfect. The dive shop is right down stairs and the boat picks up right outside. You'll have plenty of energy for diving after you file up at the included breakfast (cooked to order omlets +huge buffet) yes please!

With your hotel reservation breakfast is included and which is better than starting the day with a well presented buffet in a lovely terrace! Rooms are quite spacious and with luck you can get a view of the beach! Will return to this hotel without hesitation anytime

It located virtually at the center of Cozumel, great breakfast, spacious rooms, safe, pool with sea views, friendly staff.
Very noisy hotel especially on the ground floor. Strong echo and loud rumble of everyone who passed both chatting normally that pulling a suitcase.

Still staying here for another couple of days, but so far the hotel has been nice. Breakfast was wonderful and more than enough to get us going in the morning. The one downside was check-in. We got to the hotel at around 2:30. They told us the room would be ready in 30 minutes. Not a big deal - we waited on the lounge chairs by the pool. We went and asked if it was ready at around 3:10. They said it was ready so we went up to the room and the door was blocked by the cleaning cart with the lady inside cleaning the room. Still not a big deal (we're pretty easy going and we're on vacation, after all), we figured she was just finishing up so we waited down the hall in the chairs. 20 minutes later, it still wasn't ready. So, I went down to the front desk and was told 20 more minutes (and that I was more than welcome to wait in the chairs in the lobby). So, the "room will be ready in 30 minutes" was more like an hour and 30 minutes

Our room was big and clean. It had everything we needed. The organic bath product were really good. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was a little to small tho.
