The place is nice, clean and quite. The furniture is very comfortable, the location is maybe not the best but for business is ok.

Rooms are very clean, good sized with modern decor. Staff is very helpful and polite. They have a complementary breakfast and shuttles to the airport. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Comfortable stay. Clean rooms, nice big beds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Reception staff speak good English. I had a problem with my TV one night and they were very quick to respond and fix it. Breakfast is nice and food is hot, great selection just a little unorganised. Staff found it hard to keep up with clean plates, crockery etc, could have been because it was a public holiday, hotel was busy. Shame the pool was freezing, would have been nice if it was heated. Small but sufficient Gym. There is also self service laundry on site which is useful. Good location, easily accessible. Would stay again and recommend.

Great stay, friendly staff and okay location near downtown. Clean room and bathroom. One knock was it was very hard for a non-native speaker to call the front desk for the hotel shuttle. Someone answered who didn't seem to speak English and ended up disconnecting the call. I ended up using Uber to get to the hotel.

They property is nice. The staff if friendly. Rooms were clean. Only minor gripe is the internet is slow and the TV's are small but the free breakfast and Happy hour make up for the latter. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, however it is a little far from historical center, so I would recommend for business trips, such as mine. If you traveling on vacation, stay near to Corregidora or Plaza das Armas.
It stays around 50 min distance from airport.
Hotel provides complementary breakfast and free transfer to airport and main city malls.
A positive point is that the hotel has a supermarket as neighbor, so it really helps. The market is quite big, has food court and ATMs.
However, it doesn't have many restaurants around that you could go on foot, so you need to take the cab or uber every time.
A negative point is that the rooms have no safe box and only few rooms have minibar.response / report this review -

Stayed here for a short time but it was descent. The bed was hard but the room was big and had all I needed. It's not far from downtown and places to eat. They have a great breakfast and their gym is pretty descent for a hotel

Located near the Bernardo Quintana Blvd., has a great service, the staff is so kind. The rooms are clean and tidy; offers free breakfast and happy hour for the guests. I highly recommend it.
