Hotel was overall good, bredfast was very good, room was confortable and very clean, bathroon was not that good missing towels every day, sope only provide the first day also mouse watch and cream was missing all week they need to improve on bath supplys the rest of the hotel was good

If you are looking for a big pool, don't go, it's so small although on pics looks big, is not at all and all around it is dirty.

Great business hotel or if you are driving through. It is close to two malls and lots of restaurants. They accept pets and have a good kitchen in the suites.

Pretty nice newer hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly, very clean and the price seems pretty decent. Only complaint is very minor, low water pressure for showers in the morning and the showerhead was only flowing through half. Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Also very convenient location right across the street from the huge mall. plenty of good dining and shopping options

Location is entrance of Juriquilla. It is quite New hotel and it was Home 2 suite but changed Homewood suite.
Room is clean and big than another hotel in queretaro but bathroom is not large and there is not bath tub in the bathroom.
Also breakfast is free but not high quality

Nice hotel, the rooms are good size and amenities are very useful. The things they could improve are: The amount of staff at the reception desk, also there should be someone in the parking lot to help you with luggage or at least to tell you how to get to the main entrance, the day I arrived I enter through the back door.

This hotel is a good option to expense a couple of days and get some relaxation. It is not very crouded and the staff is super cool. The water of the pool is warmed and pets are welcome. I love it!
