The hotel Is very nice, ir provides a great guest experience. It is located perfectly at Juriquilla Querétaro. Children can be left alone without any problem and the activities that adults can do at night are great as well. Very nice experience.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel has a very nice colonial style. Service is great and all the employees are very attentive and friendly.

This place is beautiful and the food is wonderful but be careful because they will tell you one thing on the phone and another at check in. They also weren't familiar with the hours of local businesses. Still, I have been here twice and I would come back.

One of the nicest place i have been.. the hotel was really nice with big spacious rooms and nice service.. i would like to suguest in the buffet they can have more variety of food.. and also its for people who wants to stay away from city centre..will go back again to this hotel.

Rooms are big and clean, and the buildings are historical, however staff is not friendly and not oriented to hospitality service at all. Food is mediocre and drinks are really bad. Stay here only for the views Also the noise from the events reaches the room, so don't expect a silent night

Great, great hotel. The ambience, the staff, the food. The place takes you back to old Mexico. It is a must for nationals and foreigners.

Great place to held a small expo or conference. The place is big enough for stands and displays while still keeping an intimate atmosphere. The gardens are gorgeous, and the saloons have the perfect size to held presentations without being too crowded.

Very nice hotel. Wide place and big structure. The arquitecture is very colonial. Service is pretty good. Rooms always clean and tidy. My only gripe is that I found two dead cockroaches in the room (probably due to insecticide). Other than that, excellent hotel. Oh, the food's good too

A big, beautiful place with employees that always recieve you with a smile and are willing to help you. The rooms are amazing and comfortable, even the simplest ones, and the food is incredible.
