An older hotel with all the classiness that one expects from a five star hotel. This hotel exudes quality from the moment you enter the foyer. The buffet was delicious. I have been various times during the week and been impressed with this hotel. It has an elegance and quality not frequently seen. The staff were polite and helpful and very efficient. Today being Sunday, the buffet was even more impressive with typically Mexican dishes such as carnitas being cooked and served outside on the terrace. Live music was the perfect touch. Everything was just outstanding. Today we invited a guest who has not been to the hotel before. She was very impressed. The food and service plus the very beautiful gardens full of flowering shrubs around the pool area provided a delightful Sunday Brunch experience.(On another note.I previously had the opportunity to visit and view the accommodations. Just beautiful. Every room is perfect. If you get the chance to stay in their Presidential Suite it is stunning.) Congratulations to management and staff.

Front desk never answer the phone when I call from my room. Even if they do, they just hang up on me when they find out that I don't speak Spanish. I came back in the hotel at like 4pm and the room wasn't cleaned up yet. AND the weirdest thing is that the tip that I left was gone without a cleaning done and so was the TV remote controller. Maids play music so loud while they clean the rooms, which is so annoying. Hair on the floor. They say they're a 5-star hotel but definitely like 3. Terrible service. All the room service, front desk service, room Very disappointing. NEVER STAY THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER.

This hotel is so beautiful, it rooms are enough spacious, i really enjoy the pool, the personnel service is friendly, all the food in the restaurant is delicious, in my own opinion this hotel is located in a good place
