The bad: The rooms are incredibly small. I asked for a double because I had a companion but the room was the same size but with 2 beds. This wasn't expected. They charge more for the double I would spectrum more "room" for it to. Now the good: the food and the attention is great. And by that I don't mean that people smile ant you all the time, I mean people are respectful and do their job efficiently. While on business trip what you need is first time right and problem solving. You are not there to relax you are there to get things done and go back to home base. I enjoyed my stayed. Will book there again, because mostly I travel there alone.

I have stayed in other NH hotels throughout the world. I chose this hotel because I know the quality of the facilities. But this one looks that have been overseen by the brand. Even though the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was way below the standard for an NH hotel: the sheets were sandlike, no coffee machine, empty mini bar, no dresser ¿? The occasional seat was one of the desk seats, and we didn't get full size towels. I had to dry myself with a towel a little bigger than a hand towel. What's going on, NH?
