Pros staff is very helpful, location was good
Cons there is a night club with loud ugly music from about 11pm to 4am which kept us awake until we figured out how to set the account to high always on. Elevator floor very dirty. Went out all day and room had not been cleaned at 4pm when we returned

The loud music is a deal breaker for me

I have spent over 100 nights in a Queretaro hotel over the last nine months. The Fairfield Inn by Marriott is the best choice. It's the best value. It's also in a very safe area. Nightly rates are very reasonable. Plenty of parking. Great desk supervisor, Stéphanie! A very good breakfast is included and the breakfast staff is fantastic, hard workers or are not out to push for tips. The hotel is within a block of Starbuck's, a great seafood restaurant, and has many other dining options including a food court, &Wing's Daddy. Location is great on the hill behind Walmart, just off 57. It's within a block of Sam's Club, Office Depot, an ice skating rink, F1 indoor race track, etc. The Antea Mall is just across 57). Location is great. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Exercise room has everything you need.

Excellent location, it's inside a mall with restaurants and stores, different than many others around.
Rate is good and staff nice, I would just improve a little the breakfast and that's it.

The place is located in the best comercial zone in Querétaro "Juriquilla" where you can find any service in order to have the best comfort :) I will have a lot of good memories for a long time and definitely I will go back this year..

Guest services are nice and professional. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are restaurants, sports bar, and Starbucks on the same lot, walking distance from the hotel.
