  I have used Floreria Playa Del Carmen on a couple of occasions for floral deliveries to family in Playa Del Carmen. The flowers are beautiful, the flowers and fruit basket I recently ordered was amazing and much larger than I expected. They deliver so quickly and respond to emails immediately. Excellent products and service - highly recommended.

  The florist that I spoke with on the chat room was extremely accommodating, so that I could eventually succeed in putting together the gift I wanted. This involved a complicated combination of contents and delivery arrangements which couldn't have been possible without her being so helpful.

  Very quick to respond to my emails and concerns where as some shops didn't even respond to my email at all, including one of the highest rated businesses in the area. Flores Riviera helped me figure out what was best for my budget and were very understanding when I was unfortunately a victim of a Paypal scam.. they were patient enough for me to get my money back and then pay for my order. In the end I had to cancel my order since my hotel wasn't upfront about their $800 fee for an outside florist but either way Flores Riviera Maya was understanding, had great customer service, refunded me, and was very accommodating in what I was looking for. We wish we could have stayed with them as I am sure it would have been lovely. If it wasn't for their quality of business it would have really been awful for us. That is enough for me to recommend them to anyone.

  They delivered beautiful flowers to my friend easily! I'm located in the US and it was no problem. I definitely recommend them for all your flowers in playa de carmen!

  I've ordered flower's online from the US 5 times and had flowers delivered to my wife in Playa del Carmen. The flowers are always impressive and they always arrive on time of not before the scheduled time! Best trusted service! Thanks!!!

  Hable para ordenar dos boutoniere para una boda y me dijeron que no se podía porque había un mínimo de compra de 500 pesos. Cada boutoniere cuesta 100 pesos. Entonces tenía que ordenar algo más para que se juntaran los 500 pesos. Me pareció extraño y ya no quise ordenar nada más. La persona que me atendió parecía sin cuidado de no vender. Creo que no necesitan el negocio.. Es lindo cuando uno va a los negocios y que te vendan una rosa si eso es lo que quieres Es mi opinión personal.
