The Dive center is very professional, well organized, and all the team is very kind and helpful.
Boats, they had three boats, each boat is roomy, comfortable and with easy entry and exit, I don’t remember the exact number but each boat can handle near to 22 divers (including divemaster) plus a crew of two.
The trips from the pier to the reef are short, less than 15 min, and you have water and fruits into the boats.
I really enjoyed each dive, the places, and the service. I'll return anytime!!

Awesome dive instructors and guides. Staff are generally friendly except for the front desk of the dive shop where they need some extra customer service training. Front desk could also use extra staff.

Equipment is well maintained and diving sites are spectacular. My guides were Manuel, Nina, and Luz, all three of which were absolutely outstanding. The photos I've attached below I took while diving here.

It's a convenient location being in the resort. Would highly recommend this dive shop

I love the fact that they are right on the resort, super quick and easy to get to dive sites, most of the staff were very pleasant, some are an acquired taste. Definitely need more staff at the desk during rush times and some could benefit from some customer service lessons, don't think they wanted to be there. Overall great operation and experience. Thank you.

Amazing experience!!! We were sick for the first day and the dive shop rearranged things so we could dive the following day. We missed a pick up point and they still came back for us!! Staff were friendly, talkative and very helpful. DEFINITELY recommend this place!

If you are a scuba diver, like most people that visit Iberostar Cozumel, you will book your dives at Dressel Divers, just makes most sense. I have always dive with them and must say that the service at the hands-on worker level (boaters, equipment room, dive masters, etc) continues to be excellent. HOWEVER my experience this time around (March 2017) was very unpleasant in dealing with the new administrative staff (the ones that handle your payments, reservations, etc). I found certain selective anti-customer service attitude in particular from the new office manager. Just this incident alone will make me think twice whether I should go book again with Dressel Divers next time, which means staying at a different Hotel in Cozumel. Like in most places in the Yucatan Peninsula, but particularly this one, prices are set in US dollars; so it does not matter what the Mexican peso does it is always expensive. They went as far as charging you a 13% penalty if you were to pay cash in the local Mexican pesos currency which I found absolutely hilarious

It was absolutely unforgettable experiences with the team.

I didn't know what to expect as it was my 1st diving trip, Baptiste was very kind picking me up from my hotel every morning as I stayed at a hotel in town. The dives all days were organised so well, the team members are so helpful, really loved every minute there. Thank you and hope to come back again!

Great dive company! Francisco and the boat hands do a great job keeping the divers taken care of, getting them in the water and checking tanks, and helping get them out of the water. Dive instructors Clay, Mara, and best of all Jose for teaching me a new breathing technique that allowed me to conserve much more air. Thanks to Andrea in the dive shop for helping w my paperwork and 10 stars and a wink to Maddie for making me smile and leaving a great memory on the trip. I'm looking forwards to going back to dive with these guys again, and they all need raises!
