We went for our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready
To help. The resort is beautiful and really relaxing. We loved the food which was all restaurant quality. The breakfast buffet was particularly good with plenty to choose from.response / report this review -

I stayed at the resort from March 22nd - March 26th . Just a weekend getaway. First impression was awesome. Reception was knowledgeable and provided a sense of warmth upon arrival. The glass of champagne wasn't a bad touch. I made a request to have a room in a specific area prior to my arrival and they accommodated. The staff were polite and very friendly to engage in conversation. The property was well manicured. The room was modern.
All in all - if you are looking for a place to relax with a little excitement, the El Dorado Seaside Suites is an option.response / report this review -

Impeccable service and accommodations, if I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Food was amazing, staff was beyond helpful and professional. The grounds were spotless and was always being cleaned or cared for. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back. Also,the spa is an experience not to be missed! You can be 25 or 80 and love it here.

Great suites. Ours has a swimming pool that runs a long the entire length of our 3rd floor balcony. Lots of activities at this all inclusive hotel. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Recommend the couple sky balcony massage at the beach. Also the romantic couples dinner for two at the beach.

Wonderful place to stay! We had an amazing time!! The staff were so very helpful and always happy to help. The rooms were very modern and nice and the bed was very comfy. I had heard of people having trouble with moisture in the room but never really had this problem. The food was a little fancier than we were used to but overall was pretty good! Found a few restaurants that we loved!! Room service was so fun to have with a much larger menu than I expected! Massages on the beach were INCREDIBLE! Would definitely love to come again and would recommend to anyone!!

Wonderful resort with plenty to do and see. Great staff who seem to genuinely want to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Resort area is very safe. Even at night! You can walk or wait for the shuttle so you don't have to wait or walk in the humidity. My only gripe is with the AC in the rooms. Due to this being the warm season, the humidity is very high. So inorder to make sure your room doesn't sweat and cause water damage you have to keep the AC on between 17 C and 24 C which is very very cold. Other than that this was a truly wonderful experience! I came for a wedding and really really enjoyed myself. I'll be back and I highly recommend!

Beautiful spaces and excellent food options. Services , room amenities and dinner reservations are a new issue each day. Some requiring 3 days to resolve. A few servers all but demand additional gratuities. Overall - not a pleasant or relaxing experience. Sad but true.

A peaceful vacation for sure. Amazing staff. Excellent variety of restaurants. Everything is delicious. Have fun and socialize in one of the swim-up bar pools or lounge in a cabana on the quiet beach listening to the waves.

This place is a little slice of paradise. With more restaurants, bars, entertainment, and things to do than you dare to dream; and easy access to local tourist attractions - you'll have a wonderful holiday here.
I went on my honeymoon for 11 nights in the middle of January and it was beautifully warm, well maintained, and vibrant; even though it was out of season.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, and there is no pressure to always be tipping them. If you're all inclusive then there is beautiful food and drink at every turn.
This is one of the most wonderful places I have ever been. The hard work and dedication of a wonderful staff team makes for a fantastic holiday.response / report this review -

Fantastic resort, we have been to many however this one stands out. Friendly and fast service including room service which has been outstanding. Cleanliness, rooms, food, amenities, premium alcohol, service, it's all been great and much better than we've experienced at other 5 star resorts. I would definitely come back here!

Stayed at the El Dorado seaside suites building 7 with an oceanfront Infiniti suite. The room was amazing, spacious and modern. Food was amazing including room service which had a surprisingly excellent menu. Would highly recommend it to couples travelling.

Clean, good restaurants, great roomsbut a staff that steals. One day my wife left her purse on the counter when she forgot to lock it in the safe. When we came back, three $100 bills were missing from her wallet inside. We called the front desk, who sent the manager and security to the room. They then searched the room and our bags "in case we just misplaced it". Needless to say nothing was found. When we checked out they offered one free night the next time we came, and said they'd be in contact with us. 16 days later.nothing. Needless to say I won't take them up on their free night, there are too many other great resorts in the area.
