Good , fast service. Prices were less expensive then other car rentals. We got picked up at the airport, but could have walked to main building.

We had a great experience. Had read lots of general info on renting in Mexico being a huge hassle with lots of hidden fees—our experience was the polar opposite. Fast check out, price exactly as advertised. Friendly staff, no difficulty declining collision insurance, return was a breeze; from pulling in with our car to leaving in the van to the airport was less than 5 minutes, with 16 month old twins!!

Cactus rentals was great to deal with. Easy phone call with a exact price including insurance.
Very quick service when I arrived. Quick review of the vehicle and we were on our way.
Return was just as easy. Quick review of the vehicle and they shuttled us back to the airport.

Cactus Auto Rentals has the best service and VERY nice vehicles. Their service was great. They met our group in the air port. Shuttled us to the lot. We were very pleased with the service and the whole transaction was easy. Upon return if the SUV we did a quick walk around, made sure the gas was at the level it was when we received the vehicle and their driver took us to the air port.
We really enjoyed having such a nice vehicle for the week. I'll always use Cactus when I visit.response / report this review -

This was the best car rental experience I have had on any visit to Mexico. No hassle whatsoever. Complete cost was up front in reservation and no guilt trip to get you purchase additional insurance. Of course they had the timeshare offer, but even that was done pleasantly. Car return process was quick and painless as well. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

The only place we rent from. Always prompt and courteous. Never a wait at the airport. Fair with their fees. We have never had a problem with any charges. Highly recommend this honest rental.

My wife and I just got back from Cabo. We rented our car from Cactus and it was the best thing we could have done. Antonio was great and extremely easy to deal with. He treats his customers very well.

Easy & Efficient. If you've rented a car in Mexico before, you know your rental price that is quoted does not include the insurance that is required. Cactus Auto Rental gives you a quote that includes the required insurance, so there are no surprises when you arrive. Antonio couldn't be more helpful. We noticed damage to our car after we got to our hotel that was not detailed during the walk-around during our pick up. When we returned the car, they acknowledged the damage had occurred prior to our rental. They are quick, efficient and courteous. I would recommend this car rental to anyone.

Last couple of times in Cabo I used the name brand rental companies, and both times were a nightmare. This time I thought I would try a local company, what a difference. We were in/out in less than 5 minutes. Price was exactly what we were quoted. The vehicles may not be brand new, but they were clean and well maintained. If you want a hassle free car rental in Cabo I definitely recommend Cactus.

Great service. Accommodating. They provided booster seats for the kids. They didn't push extra unnecessary insurance. Car was clean and decent. It's a little far from Cabo and San Jose, but the toll road is about 3 bucks and it's smooth and we'll maintained.

We flew into Cabo last night arriving at 12:10am, flight delayed! Lost luggage(thanks Delta)!! And very tired!! Catus came thru in a big way they delivered the car to the parking lot no questions asked!! Thank you
