Great view, excellent atmosphere and rooms. Nice people and nice pools too.

Very nice place. The ocean is almost warmer than the pool this April. The pool is fun. Has a swim up bar. The bar is geared toward us dollars. Burgers, dogs, great fresh made guacamole. Short Walk to town and shopping.

We've been coming to Xaman Ha for 5 years. Beautiful pool and beach front, and Robin at the pool bar is a true character. All the units we've stayed at we're very nice for couple and families.

Best stay on the water for the price! Waking up to beautiful sunrises over the pool was an incredible experience, and hanging by the in the warm sun was a wonderful break from the cold. The beach was just steps away and its just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the shopping district but you don't hear or feel the craziness which was the best part. Would defiantly recommend and most likely going back.

What a great place to stay! You can see the pool and ocean from the sliding door and your only minutes away from the commercial 5th ave with any type of food, cafe or shop you could need or want. The people who run this Xaman Ha make the vacation. Great people and best location make for a perfect stay!

Very clean, neat and friendly. Organization can be a bit better. Booked us, then had to move us to another room on last day because of a scheduling conflict. We'd definitely go back.

Spent five days here on a school field trip. Although a light bulb remained burnt out in the girls' cabin bathroom and shower for like three days, that was the only negative to the entire experience. A/C worked well and kept us cool in the sweltering heat of Quintana Roo, and beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice, and the direct access to the coast was pleasant.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for people staying in Playa del Carmen. :)response / report this review -

Our family has been coming here for years. It's close to shopping, nightlife, the pier to Cozumel and restaurants.
