Large resort hotel with good facilities. However in serious need of an upgrade to the rooms. Food was average at best so not really worth the dollars spent.

It is just awesome.. Resort with swimming pool n beach.. Great view.. Fest to your eyes. Nice ambience. Neatly maintained.. Overall its very nice..

It was our first trip to Mauritius - very excited about that and the 4 Star Hotel.
Rooms are very big and clean.
Beach is very close as well.

But if you like
- crying kids, your are right here
- if you like music all night long, your are right here (Music right in front of my room - needed to change the room)
- if you like "NO", your are right here (always got a not from the stuff
- if you like unfriendly stuff, your are right here..
- if you like not working gym, your are right here

not gonna do a trip to that Hotel again.

This place is great for families. The staff is really friendly and the kids club is both helpful and entertaining. I needed a doctor who arrived within 1h called by the hotel. The hotel has also a room dedicated for first aid with professional staff.

This is a dream beach front hotel but too costly and we have stayed only one day to adjust our budget. Pool is superb. Restaurants are also of highest quality. Don't like to leave the hotel but we don't have any option to stay. Very much worthy. Strongly recommend if budget is not an issue.

Perfect place to spend your vacation. Best in class service, they have complimentary beach activity. Cleanliness is top notch, 3 times a day the room is cleaned. View is spectacular. 1 thing is that veg food options are limited. Day 1 you make sure the chef is aware of your food preferences.
Overall I would rate it 5 stars.

Memorable quality family time. The family are very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and experienced. The dinner and breakfast buffet had a reasonable variety of tasty food. The service was impeccable. We will return if we have the opportunity.

Relaxed, excellent service and food. Avoid school holidays (UK and South Africa) as gets overrun with families.

Great option in Mauritius. Main restaurant has decent food, but the other ala carte restaurants are really good. They have a great beach to relax and generally keep families and couples on opposite sides of the resort so you can enjoy peace and quiet and is suitable for families

Nice hotel especially that it has it's years. A lot of nice people, very good food but as always there is some but. There are some homeless dogs hanging around the beach and there is a lot of people who have problems with smoking cigarettes - they smoke everywhere, there is a lot of smoke and there is a lot of butts on the beach and not only.
To finish positively - there is also Kids Club which tries to help parents organize time for their children in active way.

Awesome place to stay. It's location is the best spot to see every sunset. The staff and food are amazing and the rooms are massive and all a stone throw away from the beach.

“Excellent service (by Mauritian standards) ”

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend to attend a wedding at the one next door. The service and quality of Le Victoria was far superior to its neighbour's. Staff were friendly, willing to help and even go the extra mile, helping my wife put on a saree!

The spa treatments were very good and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately we did not have a chance to have dinner there, but breakfast and lunch were very nice, although the bacon was a bit weird.

Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend them over the neighbouring hotel.
