Very poor service. We waited for nearly 3 hours to have our room. The room is ok but not well groomed. Customer service is a downfall but Garry is the one who took great care of us. He was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for honeymooners only.

This place is soooo horrible I'm writing this review while still staying here! If this will review will prevent at least one person from booking this place, i did my share. Don't waste your money!

It's our honeymoon and we paid for half board - not a small amount of money.
We just came from dinner which is included in the half board package we paid for and they charged us for water (!) (they don't serve tap water at dinner and there's no cooler you can fill yourself-only bottled).

This was the last straw!

This place is the most petty place I've ever seen and definitely shouldn't be regarded as five stars. They are looking at you as a an object for making money of and will take any extra charge whenever they can. Since it's isolated from everything they will take obscene prices for food that aren't included in your package (lunch) plus each and every activity in the hotel (the very basic stuff are included like paddle board. Everything else is times 4 the prices outside the hotel).

Our honeymoon package also included a private dinner. What's that you ask?
It's a dinner served to you in the SAME restaurant you eat dinner each evening, but on a table a bit far from the other guests. You can still hear them, see them (and them - you), even smell their cigarettes because this table is close to the terrace where they all smoke. But for the team of this hotel - they did their share. And this represents everything of this hotel - they'll sell you this luxury package, and then do the bare Minimum to provide, with such poor execution.

The package also included the 'Hydro vitality jets'. That's revealed itself as 10 minutes in the sauna (which opens to eveyone to use), 10 minutes in the jacuzzi (which is also already included for all) and SELF scrub in salt (which you have in your room anyway).
God, that was so ridiculous! Everything was already included anyhow or everybody but they packed it nicely under a fancy name to sell this fake-treatment.

We took the ocean room with the pool which was the lost expensive room - there's no privacy since it's has direct link to the public beach so everyone who's waking the beach stairs into your room.

The staff is so incompetent we had to laugh if it wasn't so sad. The shades separating between the indoor bath and the outdoor pool were broken so we couldn't closed them. We called 4 times until someone came. They announced few minutes later all was good but of course nothing was fixed.

Same for the burnt light bulb in the room.

Don't book this horrible place. It will only make you frustrated!

Romantic, relaxing , quite place , good service and welcoming staff.
The Resort is clean , the food is outstanding!
The only con in this place is that it is dim and they need to put more illumination

Hosted us for an all day work retreat. Service was excellent, facilities were perfect for our group (20 people), and food was delicious.

Nice place to relax. It's a long trip from here to everywhere else. So stay in the resort while you're there and enjoy it to the fullest. Don't stay for too long though their beach isn't the best in the island it's full of rocks and have bad clarity most of the days.
