Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet location, recently remodeled and everything looks new, every room (stayed in a suite) has a super quiet A/C unit. Good wireless. Airport pickup and drop off for $8 extra which is worth it as there are no meters in taxis and drivers speak very little english. 5 minute walk from the supermarket in a mall, where you can buy western food if desired, bread, pastries, food court. Across the mall there are small shops where you can buy a SIM card for less than $2 data included. 5 minute walk to the Yangon University campus with huge trees and shady walkways. 1 km from the Inya Lake where you can walk through the campus. The campus has a great outdoor food court during lunch time. Taxi fare to major attractions is $3 - $4.

Very friendly atmosphere. A true home-coming after hectic Yangon. Owner is the most helpful person! I forgot my phone when I left to the airport. She managed to contact me and drove in her personal car all the way to the airport, just to hand me back my phone.. Absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much again.
