Great stay! Jeff, Soe Soe and the team made my wife and I feel super welcome and at home. They were very helpful answering lots of questions we had, as they are very knowledgeable about Myanmar.

The room was super clean, with good air conditioning, wifi and a decent shower head. The room also had a safe and a fridge.

Every morning breakfast was so good, freshly made and super tasty. We also had dinner there a couple of nights, everything they made tasted awesome! Especially their pizzas, which are 100% GREAT after a Sunday bike ride.

I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone! We look forward to staying here again :)

This place is doing lots of things really well. Pizza, breakfast and bikes are all good. Owner Jeff is a must know guy if you want to go explore rural areas with bikes.

We went there to get a pizza (which is legendary in Yangon) and to look at bikes. While I was skeptical in the beginning, I was super impressed by the quality and the friendliness of the staff. This is an amazing place. I still vividly remember our visit with truly outstanding people and a attentive service. We are looking forward to come back.

Homely and friendly. An oasis In Yangon. Great hospitality, good wholesome breakfasts and best pizzas in long long time. Oh and there are plenty of good Trek bikes as well.

This is not a top class hotel, nor has it spectacular views, but if it is service and friendly staff, and dogs, you are looking for this is the place, specially if you come here for cycling. Jeff, runs a bike shop and rides at any opportunity, officially on Friday evenings and Sundays, but apart from renting bikes, I am sure he will be only too happy to organise trips for any other day. Su Su his wife, will make you smile even after a most grueling day out.

Perfect hotel - the rooms are clean and well done, the food is delicious, and the owners and staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Can't wait to stay here again. Needless to say, it's an especially great place for cyclists to stay.
